  4. To me, I feel ‘What does it mean to understand something?’ is the most significant aspect of a student to remember the child ever.

I strongly agree to this point because it tells you about the psychology of the child like how he takes up the challenge in life ,how he will react to it ,how he will sort out it and so on ….

In fact it depicts the insight of a child and that I feel is very important to understand a person and surely this helps to remember a student forever.

  5. According to me , the most important aspect of questioning is – How do you respond on being challenged? Challenges are part of life and which never ends.Even after school life students have to face number of challenges in day to day life. We should ask our students this now to prepare them for their future perspectives. If today they will learn to confront stress, they would surelyrics be trained for coming life.

  6. I think all the questions have some singnificance to change one’s life. But with a teacher’s point of view i would prefer ,’ who are your heroes and why?’ because I feel this is the best way to counsel and detect a student’s psyche through this question since he would enjoy to answer it. Our idols whom we Cherish determins one’s state of mind.

  7. For becoming a successful teacher, teacher must know about their students. Its my personal experience when I talk to the students regarding their career they intuitively participate in the conversation. As after knowing the interest of an child we can easily figure out what interest he has and how should we proceed .

  9. All questions are very important but in my opinion ”What should you do with what you know” is most important. According to this question we should know that A lot of people are good at what they do.Most people are competing with other people. Competing with others makes absolutely zero sense to you. It pulls you from your authentic zone. So you zone out all the external noise and instead zone in to your internal pressure to produce.

  12. Students want teachers to have fun with them. Now there is a revolutionary idea in education!
So it is very important to be interactive in your classroom with students as teachers who know how their kids learn can guide them and lead them to grow in their learning. Teachers who know their students as unique individuals can help them to navigate the often confusing and anxiety filled lives that they lead.

  13. As per my opinion all the questions are equally important because their must be some informal relationship with your students to make classroom environment quite better. The other reason why students thought it was important for teachers to get to know their students was so that they would know them as people. … They felt it was important to know and understand their interests, hobbies, and what was important to them so that a teacher could treat them with kindness and respect.

I strongly agree to this point because it tells you about whenever you hear the word ‘hero’ you probably automatically put the word ‘super’ in front of it and pictures the Avengers beating up some alien things coming out of the sky . These heroes of yours are always ridiculously good looking, they’re built like a tank and they always have some distinctive outfit or cape which sets them apart from the rest of the group. According to students their heroes are perfect in every way; they can do no wrong, they always arrive on time, they look impeccable and they stick to a moral guideline which is built in to them. They become a somebody by saving ‘ordinary’ people on a daily basis and everyone wants to be like them.

In fact it depicts the insight of a child and that I feel is very important to understand a person and surely this helps to remember a student forever.

But with a teacher’s point of view I would prefer, “What do you need from me to be successful this year?” because I feel this is the best way to guide at the start of the school year in an effort to get to an estimation regarding each student’s personality, and their learning strengths and weaknesses.

  17. The questions put up here are really good. If these questions could be answered, it will actually help us deliver what children are expecting. According to me if we could take time out to understand each student’s dreams, aspirations, what they truly love to do, what inspires them to do better, who is their hero; it will help us mould them effectively.
