  1. According to me listening actively and participating equally both are important because as we all know if we are not having the quality of listening others suggestions or ideas how can we participate in the conversation. Both these skills plays a very important role in society to express our views among society/people.

  2. According to me effective communication builds up self confidence to interact with others.All the points mentioned above should be implemented in our lives for GOOD communication. Good communication help us to interact with other and express our views clearly.
