  1. Emotions enable us to react to situations .Anger, fear, resentment, frustration, and anxiety are emotional states that many people experience regularly but try to avoid. … These negative emotional states can create extra stress in your body and your mind, which is uncomfortable but also can lead to health issues if the stress becomes chronic or overwhelming.

  2. Emotional factor is most responsible for unexpected behaviour because Emotions directly affects our behavior.Like…if we are happy ,we try to make everyone happy n the happiness can be seen in our behaviour but if we are sad .. we don’t want to talk or we become ride or sometimes we get irritated ..But we should control our emotions n behave according to situation.

  3. In my point of view emotional and social factors are responsible for unexpected behavior bcz sometimes we don’t want to do behave with others what they expect. We should control our emotions, our anger and sometimes we show good behavior with others but actually we don’t do by others expectations.

  4. According to me Emotional and Social factors are very much responsible for unexpected behaviour because as we all know that our behaviour depends upon the present situation but it effects our future decisions and tasks as we said Tit for Tat in real life also our society plays an important role on our behaviour in both positive or negative situations.

  5. Social factor may leads to unexpected behavior change in human behavior. Social behavior refers to a child’s emotions, beliefs, cognitions, and attitudes, as well as his or her overt behaviors. Some behaviors are planned and deliberate; others are reflexive, impulsive, and contingent on social circumstances.

  6. I think emotions are the most important factor to frame our behaviour. We behave according to our emotions. Negative emotions create a negativity around us and positive emotions create a positive environment so Always try to be happy and stress-free.

  8. Good behavior is very necessary for a person in order to live a happy, disciplined and peaceful life as well as get success in any field. Generally how one responds emotionally to the challenges poses by life, how much one become stresses and tensed foe an issue, how much on feels comfortable while interacting with others. So I guess all these factors matter to bring one’s unexpected behaviors.

  9. Social factor is most decisive out of above five mentioned factors. Because it’s social connectivity which leads to normal and abnormal behavior.it controls our emotions also. For example, if one is very short tempered and is offended greatly by someone and is expected to go berserk at that person but scenario is like there are delegates whom he wants to woo for his project and remains composed and calm ( unexpected from him) so that the tranquility doesn’t break of the occasion. So, social factor plays a bigger role to let our expected behavior out.

  12. As per my opinion social and emotional factors both guide and channelize individual behavior directly. The social environment of an individual includes his relationship with family members, friends, colleagues, supervisors and subordinates. The behaviour of other people not with the individual, but in general, is also a part of his social environment. Similarly, every individual has a emotional factor too, which shapes his values and beliefs.

The title of the supporting is quite apt – Behaviour is communication…very true…we like people who behave well and are well mannered and we generally do not like ill behaved people. Society names them savages because of their bad behavior. Sometimes the behavior of an individual may surprise us or rather to say shock us. The individual does something beyond our expectations. There may be many reasons for that and I guess there may more than five reasons enlisted above for an unexpected behavior of an individual. It may be the circumstances, or else the mood of the person or may be the person had a confrontation with someone else and eventually misbehaved with the near and dear ones. One should be double careful, as is said, “words once said can never be taken back”, so, look before you leap as there is no second chance to mend the situation.

  14. Behavior change is influenced by motivation from others (external influence) as well as from within oneself (internal influence). Internal influence plays a significant role in creating more enjoyment of a behavior change, instilling a sense of ownership of the new behavior, which in turn instills a sense of ownership of the changed behavior. When designing strategies, enabling factors that affect the outcome must be considered. The following are some of the factors:-

    Effective communication
Enabling environment, which include policies, human rights community values and norms
    User-friendly, accessible services and commodities
