  1. Our emotions are strongly influenced by our behavior. Emotions directly affects our behavior, as in the case of aggression,or behavior that is focus on others. When we feels frustration , anger, tension or fear they are more likely to act aggressively towards others.

  2. In my opinion ‘ EMOTIONAL’ conditioning is a potential factor for a behavior related outcome. In context, as children we were taught from an early age that anger is mean, impolite, rude, hot-headed and out of control behavior.

  4. Cognitive and Social factors have a great impact on a person’s behaviour… That’s why we teachers try to find out about their students’ family background and other related issues when we feel that a particular child is behaving in an aggressive manner or doesn’t like to share… Gradually we can see changes in his behaviour if guided properly…

  5. Good behaviour is very necessary to have for a person in order to live a happy, disciplined and peaceful life as well as get success in any field. Teachers generally assign their students to write something (paragraph, short essay or long essay) on important or daily basis topic to observe the behaviour of pupils. From this tutors can find the way to tackle with children and encourage them to inculcate a positive attitude as well as behaviour .

  7. Behavior depends on situations. An individual reacts to it because of any of the above factors. A person can be mentally upset and react to things in a negative way. An individual may not be well, he may suffer from a disease and not feel like talking or laughing or be in a frame of mind.

  8. From my point of view, when the person is emotional then the unexpected behaviour of the person can be seen so it is very important to notice child’s behaviour and the reason behind it before making and judgements and taking any decisions for them.

  9. Human behavior flows from three solid sources:desire ,emotion and knowledge.Without any shadow of doubt behavior is communication and if communication does not flow the way we expect, it leads to unexpected behavior which is not platformed with a sole factor. Our emotional, social and cognitive erana depends on the reaction we get in various situations which further leads to unexpected behavior thus one single domain can not produce such solid behavior.

  11. Behaviour is communication. Unexpected behaviour depends upon situations. For example when we are suffering from illness and our mood changes then anyone can ask question we irritate that shows unexpected behavior without any reason…..Sometimes in class while teaching we show our unexpected behavior without any reason….But after sometimes we realized …..control our emotions but it is difficult . So emotional is a potential factor that leads to unexpected behaviour.

  12. I think unexpected behaviour is the outcome of cognitive and emotional factor .Beacause our cognitive ability affects directly our behaviour ,cognitive ability means your thinking power .What we think converts into our actions and affects our behaviour .Next one is emotional factor ,for example, I think that i have not said even a single wrong word to my friend, then why she shouted at me ,then someone told me that she was upset due to her personal problems ,here i have mentioned this example just to show that our emotions are root cause of unexpected behavior.

  13. I think person’s behaviour is directly related to the biological factor. If we notice the behaviour of children of age group 2 to 3 years we find that few children are having highly aggressive behaviour. Such a behaviour is a result of biological factor .

  14. I feel behaviour is sum total of different factors, emotional & social factors affect it most.Changes in behavior due to developmental changes can occur throughout childhood and into the teen years, so it is not just toddlers that experience frustration. The approach to helping your child get through these experiences is to let them know you understand it is frustrating and to help them cope with the emotions. You are actually teaching them new skills as you model ways to do that.

  16. Social psychology examines how people affect one another, and it looks at the power of the situation. Social psychologists assert that an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are very much influenced by social situations. Essentially, people will change their behavior to align with the social situation at hand. If we are in a new situation or are unsure how to behave, we will take our cues from other individuals.

  18. Emotions is an affective state of consciousness in which joy, sorrow, fear, etc., is experienced, as distinguished from cognitive and volitional states of consciousness. Emotions can affect our attitudes and behavior directly and indirectly. As we know that our emotions play a significant role in our attitude and behavior, leaders must understand their own and other’s emotions so that they can respond it accordingly. As a result, they will be able to lead their team members to achieve their shared goals more effectively.

If talking about students, the emotional and social domains are the foremost that affect them. So students should be tackled skillfully by the teachers.

  28. Unexpected behaviour is the reflection of the underlying erratic thoughts of an individual. And most of the time the individual himself is as surprised as others around him by the behaviour. We should always try and address the underlying problems and not the superficial manners in such cases. Regarding this, I think the most important factors to study would be social and emotional. Evaluating, accepting and moulding one’s emotions is important to understand and love your own self. How you handle the social acceptance, peer pressure, your own interaction with others; influences your social behaviour. Thus these two factors are significant in reforming behaviour. In the end, we all want social acceptance and attention for sure. For students as well, we should keep this in our minds.

  31. According to me i think cognitive and social factors influence the unexpected behaviour as Cognitive factors are internal to each person and serve to modulate behavior and behavioral responses to external stimuli like stress. Performance on various activities of daily living has been found to be affected by these factors. Executive functions, for example, have been shown to predict ability to live independently in older adults such that those with poorer executive functioning are less able to live independently and Social factors has a lot to play in the way we behave because the environment we find ourselves has a certain role in the way we tend to behave. … As adults, the social influence behaviour is less about the degree of socially induced behaviour and more about a individual’s choice to be seen as part of the herd.

But the major cause behind ‘Unexpected behaviors …that it is the outcome of one’s Emotional , Cognitive as well as Social aspects. Generally how one responds emotionally to the challenges poses by life,…how much one become stresses and tensed foe an issue..how much on feels comfortable while interacting with others..So I guess all these factors matter to bring one’s unexpected behaviors.
