Learning from your mistakes and move on is the best way to overcome your fear of failure. We should keep in mind that we can’t win all the time. So always be move on for the next step.
We should understand that if we play we will not win all the time we should accept ourself as a failure also.we should keep moving… finally we will win the race.
Fear of failure causes inaction and stops us even attempting to try anything we feel we may not be good at.So,in order to embrace our fear and try new challenges, first we need to simplify the situation and find out all possible outcomes with responsibility .But yes,we always must have a back plan to deal smoothly.
We have to think of a situation in which we are afraid of failure. Visualize yourself now hitting an obstacle, allow yourself to feel the fear, and then see yourself moving forward. Next, spend a few minutes planning how to overcome whatever obstacles may stand in your way. Then see yourself succeeding despite these obstacles.
According to me ‘Backup Plan’ is the best way to overcome the fear of failure. Even if your first option fails, you can maintain the status quo with a solid backup plan. Daring to fail doesn’t mean you have to risk losing it all. If you manage risk intelligently, you can capture the benefits of high risk opportunities while leaving yourself a safety net.

By Taking responsibility we can easily overcome from our fear because when we take our responsibilities seriously and do our best to complete it we don’t bother about result because we have learnt something from that.
Greetings for the day! Let me start with the tag line of an advertisement for Mountain Dew Coldrink – “Darr Ke Aage Jeet Hai”…how beautifully meaningful it is…isn’t it? If one keeps on feeling apprehensive, one cannot succeed. The fear may be temporary hurdle but it cannot obstruct our way for long. My view is that one should work on one’s weaknesses and try to overcome those shortcomings as early as possible. Sometimes the element of fear is justified, when one is afraid of the thing whether he/she is on the right track…to be very clear, to my mind more than fear it is being a perfectionist, which is sometimes needed.
