In order to embrace our fear and try new challenges which of the following do we need to develop as part of an attitude? Let us know your thoughts.

  1. In my opinion No’s: 6,9 & 10 hold the key. I’ll go with No: 9 – I suggest a disposition of Always looking for something good in every thing you do and every person you meet-This develops in each of us a permanent attitude of Constantly feeding our minds with only positive inputs. Thereby, leading to a sense ‘ No challenge is insurmountable.’

  2. As we know “Failures are the stepping stones to success”,So why we always worry about our failure, learn from mistakes and then work on it and achieve success.I think point no .6,7and 9 are very important points.Always we should allowed to move on ,You can ask for help or advise from ur friends or ur wellwishers .And the most important thing is ,always accept that you can’t win all the time ,then u will not take ur failure as a burden but u will take it as a lesson.

    1. Yes! I think point no. 7 is very important. We can always move on. No matter what has happened. Failure just means that you could not succeed(may be at one task) You may be good at something else, so always remember to “move on”.

  3. Fear is an emotion, just like other emotions. i believe that no 1, 7 and 9 is essential to embrace our fear.
yes it has a stronger intensity than other emotions but it was never intended to stop you in your tracks, only to provide feedback on your actions. The secret to living beyond your fears is to approach them with curiosity while observing your reaction.

  4. According to me point no.1 and 9 are very important.Fear is a powerful and primitive human emotion. It’s important to realize that in everything we do, there’s always a chance that we’ll fail. Facing that chance, and embracing it, is not only courageous – it also gives us a fuller, more rewarding life. We can’t be afraid to ask for help when life gets overwhelming or out of our control. Our relationships, and the people we surround ourselves with on a daily basis, are often just as defining of who we are as our own bodies and minds. A supportive and helpful friend can make you a better person at the end of the day. And that’s something to embrace, not something to be ashamed about. The most successful and happy people in the world understand the simple importance of these positive relationships.

  5. According to me 8, 9 and 11 are very important. We all have different definitions of failure, simply because we all have different benchmarks, values, and belief systems. A failure to one person might simply be a great learning experience for someone else. Many of us are afraid of failing, at least some of the time. when we allow that fear to stop us doing the things that can move us forward to achieve our goals.

  7. According to me point no. 6,7,9,11 matters a lot because failure is an important part of life . Failure is an assured part of success and you can’t win all the time. Your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure . Failure is important because that is how we learn and to move on. Learning come from experiencing things in life and experiencing mistakes never allowed you to ask for help or advice. Failure provide opportunities and responsibilities to understand the gap between what you wanted and the results you got in any situation.

    1. Yes, dear mam.
I believe the only place that fear can exist is in our thoughts of the future. It is a product of our imagination, causing us to fear things that do not at present and may not ever exist. That is near insanity Kitai. Do not misunderstand me, danger is very real, but fear is a choice.

  12. Failure does not only appear in your life. It appeared first in the lives of successful people. But they managed those failures well which eventually ushered them to the position where they are.
When you let failure scare you, you are preventing yourself to reach the heights you can achieve.
If failures knock you down, get up. Get up until your body gets immune to rising up every time you fall.

This we should Understand. Nothing in life is to be feared,

  19. All points are superb. But according to me no. 5,7 and 13 are more important.
For no. 5- Learn to simplify
The simplier the task will be ….the happier the result will be. Sometimes we can simplify the things very easily. This act makes the things very easy and life becomes happy.
For no. 7-You can allowed to move on.
We can’t stook to only one place. Sometimes we make mistakes; But we should learn lesson from mistakes and should move on.
For no. 13- Understand to say ‘NO’-
It’s not compulsory that we can’t say NO to anyone. If we think that particular task
is not according to you and can give reverse results then we should say NO.

  24. The best is to ‘take responsiblity’ bcz at the end of the day you will be yourself and with you and all the repercussions will be your whether good or bad. So one need to take responsibility of actions because whatever you learn will always polish yourself and one must always learn from the bad experiences and move on.

  32. Fear is one of the greatest challenges and obstacles people face in life. You can identify your fears by determining what you cannot do, why you cannot do it, and what you are afraid of when you do what you are scared of doing. After identifying it, embrace it.Fear comes in when we condition our mind against engaging in some things with the thought of protecting ourselves.
According to me point no.6,7 and 10 are more important.
According to point no.6 we should know that we can’t win all the time. it’s a part of our life. This thing will make us strong.
According to point no.7 we should forget our past and move on.When we focus on the here and now, we have less time to think about the past.
According to point no.10 we should not repeat our mistakes. People who make great achievements typically also have great failures as well. Without trying and making mistakes or not getting 1st place, they would not get anywhere.Once you notice some mistakes you may have made, you can start correcting them.

  33. Greetings for the day! To my mind fear is a sign that the person is quality conscious…that she does not want to compromise with quality, and it may also be a sign of being perfectionist. In management studies there is a SWOT analysis which means before doing anything one checks his/her Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats/Challenges. So, It can be said that along with aforementioned points SWOT analysis can also be one of the ways to overcome as well as to embrace one’s fear. Very true that one cannot be victorious and also one cannot succeed alone, so, the amalgamation of all the mentioned points seems to be mandatory to embrace the fear.

  34. Completely agree that at times in life, we feel like that it is the end and we can’t move out this marsh of hindrances. But wonderful checklist given above to overcome this negativity and bounce back with double positive energy.

I will go with each and every bullet mentioned above but of course to safeguard myself I will be going with point No. 2 ,3 7 and 10.In fact these are the principles of my life as well .See everyone is having problem in this world then why to exaggerated our’s case. I mean fine it is…and definitely it’s not easy as to say but believe me TIME is a great healer .Once you go through, you hardly ever remember when it has happened to you.

So, abide by the above checklist ..Live the Life at fullest…since you not gonna get another….
