Therefore,which of these five indicators would signal or demonstrate that the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and thriving in someone ?

I think that to be entrepreneurial by nature is really to be Optimistic. As “A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an Optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” As with this entrepreneurial spirit they don’t spend time on thinking about what they can’t do, but instead of that they ask themselves, “Why can’t I?” When starting up, the odds of success are strongly against you, so you really need people are optimistic more than ever. We must look for the students that get excited by the idea of aggressive challenges and big goals. They are the ones who will push the boundaries of what was once thought impossible. And then they can achieve their goals and become successful in their life.

Those with the entrepreneurial spirit make calculated moves while understanding that there are never any guarantees of success. It’s also the ability to work autonomously and be decisive. The playbook isn’t always clear, so it’s ideal to be able to say agile and adapt in a high degree of ambiguity.

Above all options are having their own importance. Successful entrepreneurs must possess self – discipline. It is the single most important quality for success in life . An entrepreneur commitments impacts the motivation to perform.
An importance of entrepreneurship is focused on developing knowledge , skills and understanding of how an innovative and creative idea , product or process can be used to form a new grow up. Finally it is generally characterized by some type of innovation, a significant investment and a strategy that values expansion.

In my opinion, No: 5 ( initiative to Execute ) is a potential signal that an entrepreneurial spirit is alive in us – Sense of initiative to execute in a person refers to an individual’s ability to turn ideas into action. It includes creativity,
innovation and risk-taking, as well as the ability to plan and manage projects in order to achieve objectives. This supports individuals, not only in their everyday lives at home , in society and in an ability to SEIZE OPPORTUNITIES.

It all comes when students are passionate on achiving their goals and set in tune how to get it.There should also be thinking of that anything is possible and have tenacity to accomplish it. “Mark Twain” once said, “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” The average person rarely considers how ordinary things can be made better or improved–those with the entrepreneurial spirit can’t help themselves. They are continually questioning why things are done the way they are and aren’t afraid to go against the majority to make changes. It’s impressive in an interview when a candidate has real questions for the business and suggestions and ideas on how existing product could be improved.

According to my opinion ,the point which clarifies that entrepreneurial spirit is alive in us is -point no.5.This point states that we are having ability to take intiative to execute our plans.Here are 2 points which make difference-The first one is we think some idea and the second one is we turn that idea into action.So ,developing ideas is not that much tough ,but turning those ideas into actions demands lots of efforts by us which shows that entrepreneurial spirit is alive in us.

Planning something is another thing and to work on your plan is something different. I can’t count how many times I’ve had aspiring entrepreneurs come up to me for advice on their untested ideas. My response is always to go out and act on your ideas first to get real feedback. That’s because ideas are meaningless until they are acted on. Those with the entrepreneurial sprit realize that execution is everything when it comes down to success or failure.

Greetings for the day! To my mind, for being an entrepreneur, one has to be inquisitive, innovative, fertile in thoughts, creative and blessed with presence of mind. Not every student can be that creative or innovative…yes, there are a few who are quite inquisitive, very much eager to know the things and I guess these are good signs for being an entrepreneur in the coming times. One has to be fertile enough to locate the gap and get to know how to fill that gap. I won’t name anyone here, but yes, I have come across such students in my teaching career…and those students certainly have work wonders.
