I know teachers have a difficult job, and they can’t cater to every student’s individual needs. But I do feel that introverted students get the short end of the stick — Could Teachers do more to make the school experience more comfortable for them ? Which of the following 10 aspects of dealing with Introverts would help them most?

  1. I think point 1 and 2 are most important.Never embarrass students in public ,It hurts theirs self respect and confidence. They need respect .To deal with students , we should have a polite and friendly nature . We should try to win their trust.

  2. In my opinion point number 2, 4 and 7 are essential in this context. As one should never embarrass a child in public , it may lowers down the confidence of that child and harm their self respect which may leads to the lack of enthusiasm in them for the task whatever is given to them. Secondly, we should never demand for instant answers from them. |We must give them some time to think so that they can use their innovation and creation in their task and will be able to do the work with full of interest. In the last, in my opinion we must warn them 15 minutes before finishing the work so that they must be able to make up their mind for finishing up their work on time.
