In my point of view no.1 is very important. We should start our day with yoga some meditation, go out for a walk.If we adopt this the whole day we will feel fresh and happy.
I quite agree, Madam. In fact,Innovative companies all over the world are already using meditation to promote productivity. The research supporting the benefits of meditation at the start of the day have been overwhelming. By meditating each day to calm your mind and practice gratitude, you can: a)Increase learning ability, focus, and memory, b)Enhance creativity, c)Improve self-esteem, relationships, and happiness & d) Decrease anxiety & stress.
In my opinion, using the morning in focusing yourself is the best way to increase your productivity. Yoga, meditation etc are very effective ways. Analysing your daily deeds on daily basis is best way to overcome the shortcomings .
According to me , taking breaks is very essential. As if we want to increase our productivity our mind needs to be relaxed and fresh. If we work continuously without taking any break, there are chances that many mistakes we will do . Due to short break in between the work, will help us to gain the same energy level that we had earlier.
Quite Right, Sir. In fact , The Draugiem Group, a collection of companies based in Latvia, installed software that tracked the time and productivity of all their employees. They discovered that their top ten percent most productive employees didn’t actually work any more hours than anybody else. In fact, they took more breaks. On average, this high-productivity group worked for 52 minutes and then took a 17-minute long break.
exercise may actually help improve productivity, according to a study published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. If possible, build in set times during the week for taking a walk or going to the gym. Getting your blood pumping could be just what’s needed to clear your head and get your focus back.
In my opinion,Morning goals will always increase the amount of brain power. Focus is so important because it’s the right way to all thinking, memory, learning, reasoning etc
Quite right , Madam. It works best for me as well – to take a few minutes at the end of every day to write out my plan for the next day. When I have a plan for my day, it helps me get started on my goals and priorities immediately the next morning.

According to me point 2,3,9 are the most important bcz if take the things as challenge and we take feedback by 20/80 rule than only we go ahead.point 1 also make you stress-free to start the day.be self esteemed.Take things positively and chanalise your energy to do creative things and self analises is most important to achieve the determine goals.
Pooja Gautam.
I Quite agree with you about the feedback source, Madam, I’ve experienced that the 80/20 rule permeates every part of life. It also goes back to the idea that you should always focus on your strengths instead of trying to cover up your weaknesses. By focusing on your strengths (20%) you are able to generate your important results (80%). Anything that does not fall in your important 20% or strengths, you should look into having someone else do.
In my opinion, using the morning in focusing yourself is the best way to increase your productivity. Mindful meditation is a way to increase positive thinking. Meditation helps you remain calm and present while dealing with high stressful situations so you can see obstacles as opportunities, and collaborate successfully with your team.Making a conscious effort to smile often is also a great way to release endorphins and shift to a positive mindset.Happy people have more energy. When you think positive thoughts and you smile, it releases endorphins which gives you more energy. More energy means you can get more done and therefore are more productive. It’s difficult to be productive when you’re stressed out. It’s hard to stay focused because you’re thinking about deadlines, problems, or an overwhelming amount of work that needs to be done in what seems to never be enough time. Stress clouds your mind and bogs you down, whereas thinking positive thoughts and smiling reduces stress, making it easier to focus and get things done.
As per my opinion, creating a system to perform any job is of core importance to bring productivity and we must ceate a systematic work schedule with planning.
We live in a competitive world and to survive in such a scenario, one needs to be productive, competitive and useful.
Organized system and planned work strategies ensure your survival in the test of time.
I agree completely, Madam. We were taught in business School about how college Students in Japan are taught/advised to Create a spreadsheet every day, duly listing top 3 crucials for each day. This helps in planning each day and makes sure you’re maintaining focus on the most important tasks each day.
Apart from enhancing productivity and aiding prioritising – Surprisingly, The widely successful Jewish Community is known to apply this Principal to their Human relations ,Jewish people relate to the 80-20 rule stating that, “20% of your relationships base produces/are 80% of your source of Inspiration and long term joy.”
Our working memory, alertness, and concentration gradually improve a couple of hours after waking up, peaking at about mid-morning. This is our brain’s natural peak productivity period.

I quite agree, Madam. The formation of your “dream team” status isn’t because of a technical skill or experience. It’s because your team members feel comfortable enough with your Smiling / pleasant disposition enabling colleagues to fully engage emotionally with each other, and therefore, the tasks at hand is handled productively.
Very true mam!
Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy and of course in turn productive.
By cutting down the things in half and half we can enhance our productivity. One must divide his schedule in small portion to enhance the quality of the work.So 3rd point is much valid for me.
According to me,one should be Stop multi-tasking. New research confirms that all the distractions invading our lives are rewiring the way our brains work (and drop our IQ by 5 points!). Be one of the rare-air few who develops the mental and physical discipline to have a mono-maniacal focus on one thing for many hours.
We women always feel that we can handle the multiple situations at the same time. Yes we can but it may surely reduce the quality of work done

When I get any doubt, I use the 80/20 rule. It helps to gain clarity on what is truly important and uncover new findings.
