  1. I feel that having a routine makes us feel better. Accepting flaws, accountability and positivity are the most important points which keep us on the right track. Being passionate is good until it does not harm others’ interests.

  2. According to me self care is very important to be happier. Sparing a little time from a hectic schedule can bring a great change in one’s personality. Positivity is a treasure if someone adopts it. We should accept our flaws without any excuse as it helps in enhancing character.

    1. You are quite right. One of my favorite quotes from the Dalai Lama is “The mind is like a parachute, it works best when open.” In fact, while going through my daily routine I have discovered that my most productive, happy and fulfilling days are the days that I hit the ground running with a positive attitude and a free and open mind. The world looks distinctly different from the eyes of an open mind. Also, Our problem solving capabilities improve markedly when our minds are accessible to new information. Therefore, the stress that comes with looming issues is more quickly removed and replaced with solutions.
