  1. Be Unique, Don’t Compare Yourself to Others.-This is one of my favorite quotes. Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you, when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.Being unique, and yourself, radiates better energy than chasing someone else’s.

    Secondly,Create Your Own Goals. I like to set goals that aren’t driven by chasing success, but rather to be better than I was before, or pushing my personal boundaries. If you create something of value either to yourself or someone else, success inevitably finds you.
    So, according to me point numbers-4,6,8 and 10 are the most important and leads to a perfect confident and happy women.

In my opinion these apply to everyone, No:6 & 12 hold immense importance.Self-acceptance of flaws leads to reduced stress, a more optimistic outlook on life as a whole, and makes us more grounded leading towards becoming Confident & above all makes us AUTHENTIC. “There is no better way to invite more grace, gratitude, and joy into our lives than by practicing authenticity.”

  5. I think no 6 is essential to cultivate a balance and long-term happiness as teaching yourself to become more grateful can make a huge difference in your overall happiness. The research shows that gratitude helps you experience more positive emotions, decrease depression, feel better about yourself, improve your relationships, and strengthen your immune system. A recent study revealed that gratitude even makes you smarter about how you spend your money and i also believe Build moments of enjoyment into your day with pleasurable rituals. These can be very simple things like lingering over a cup of coffee in the morning, taking a short stroll in the sunshine during your lunch hour, or playing with your dog when you get home. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you enjoy and appreciate it.

In fact in her widely published notes – Sonja Lyubomirsky, a positive psychologist from the University of California (USA), successfully demonstrated through scientific research that expressing GRATITUDE can make a person become genuinely happier. Her research also showed that exuding the trait of gratitude brings a lot of positive emotions such as being energetic and helpful, more HOPEFUL, forgiving and empathetic, and less resentful.

  6. According to me No. 2 ‘Open Minded’ is the habits which would consider to apply soonest in your life for a happier you. Because If you’re open-minded, you can get along with lots more people and make friends with all sorts of different people, and you can spend your time getting to know rather than being put off by the fact that they might think differently than you.
    Being open-minded is a great way to learn more about things you aren’t familiar with, rather than just shutting out ideas you think are wrong.
    People who are open-minded are often much happier than people who aren’t because they’re not constantly trying to convince other people that they’re doing things the wrong way. There’s more than just one way to live your life, what is best for you isn’t what’s best for everyone else, because everyone is different.

  7. Above all points are important . As we all know happiness is the opposite of sadness. It’s a sense of well-being or joy, when people are successful, safe, lucky, they feel happiness. Happiness is so important for human beings although we possess high abilities. Its good for health and boosts our immune system .   9. Happiness and sadness are true facts of life.Happiness is practiced in front of world and sadness is being practised in loneliness. All the points are essential to become a happier person. According to me, the most essential points for becoming a happiest woman are as follows…. 1. Self Care….. Yes, self care is most important because a family is fully depends upon women if she ills house disturb so self care
    must…. 2. Passion …Yes women must be passionate about her work… Then she enjoyed and feels happy. 3.Keep smiling…..Whatever ups and downs comes in life keep smiling 🙂 it will helps to handle our difficult situations. 4. Positive…… Be positive in life and always think positive. 5. Accept our flaws….. Accept your mistakes and learn from your mistakes. Never give up. According to me all these habits are equally important to be a happy woman because woman is not about being “perfect.” It’s about living life with purpose, diligence, forgiveness, and repentance. All happy women don’t compare themselves to others. They know who they are and they do their things at their own paces. To create a balance in our life it’s important to set a daily routine which will give us time for the things we love to do.Always keep smiling & express gratitude for the things we have.Sometimes it’s very difficult to stay positive in all situations but if we are positive it will make our life much easier.It’s also important to spend sometime alone then we will realize what we really want in our life & what are our flaws & how we can overcome from it.

  13. I feel to be happy we should enjoy the things we do. All the points mentioned above are important in this respect .We need to bring in transformation in ourselves. To transform we need self knowledge, without knowing what we are , there is no basis for right thought. We should be able to read a good book and enjoy and be happy. Bad times come and go. Positivity helps us to overcome it.

  14. I feel we should not get confined to only these 12 points. Though these points are important, still we should do whatever makes us happy and relaxed, whatever gives us inner peace and satisfaction. Stress comes and goes, happy or sad days also come and go, so why to worry about these meagre things. Live life to the fullest. It is true that we all follow the things in greed of accomplishing something big but we forget happiness actually comes with little things which we don’t even bother to find.

No doubt all these points are relevant to make you happier.but what I think important is that happiness is the state of your mind.happiness comes from within if you keep yourself without comparing to others.we all need to do only such things which make us happy.we should have our own aura and we should give to ourselves also.as women we have to look after so many things but doing things for others also makes us happy from within.happiness and sadness are two coins of life.we need to have a balanced approach and need to have positive state of mind for bringing happiness from within.

  22. Happiness is which is then filled with small instances from life. For example, “Happiness is throwing things at your best friend”, and so on. The world is today coming to terms with real happiness, that which is found in the sunny haze of early spring, or simply in your favourite song. The social media is vibrant with idealism and the concept of happiness is also being challenged here. Women have always been viewed as that half of the world for whom sorrow is an inherent quality, and of course the tyranny of men has much to do with this. But then again, much of that can be changed, and it is actually changing in the modern world. Women today are happier because they do not allow negativity to affect them because they do not allow someone else to govern their lives. So in my opinion all the above points are important.

  23. Establishing a daily routine is a key to balance in our life because it reminds you to create space for the things you love.
    It also to be open minded a women is always open to life and to what it can offer . It is important to have values and principles but it also crucial to stay open to change your mind and discover new things because openness and curiosity allow us to grow and evolve.

In fact, it’s well documented that the most successful people in history – the ones many refer to as ‘geniuses’ in their fields, masters of their crafts – had one thing in common, other than talent: most adhered to rigid (and specific) routines. I’d like to share with you that Top Management Schools propagate, In short – Routine is important because habitualness creates mood and mood creates the “nurture” aspect of your personality, not to mention that routine helps you avoid letting yourself be jerked around by impulsiveness- which is a breeding ground for everything you essentially do not want.

  27. In my opinion , we cant define happiness with some particular points . Its like bounding the emotions if you are positive , you will be happy. And the person keeps on thinking about how to be positive . He wastes the time being positive and forgets that he has to b happy. Happiness may vary from one person to another .
    According to me , living the moment completely, whatever you do , be their completely .. things go on and on , go with flow and smile . If you be with yourself ,there is nothing that that can stop you from being happy.
    So to all the people i would say smile and do whatever you want at fullest.

  28. In my opinion point no.4 is more important because A simple smile can change the day of the person you meet. When you walk around, remember that everyone is fighting a battle, big or small—you cannot help everybody, but you can smile to show compassion and support.   29. According to me no. -2 and no.9 are highly important.
    For no.- 2- Having a positive routine keeps you happy and fit. A positive routine makes life quite smoother.
    For no.-9- Spend some time alone with you. It will relax you. And it will also help you in self analysis. Remember this time is totally yours .

In fact , I’m told , while young IAS officers are under training at their Academy in Mussorie they are taught – Spending time alone helps them develop more compassion for people who may not fit into their ‘inner circle.’Studies show the ability to tolerate alone time has been linked to increased happiness, better life satisfaction, and improved stress management.

      the interactions we have with other people affect the way we feel about life. Our close relationships keep us grounded and influence both happiness and the sense that we are part of a larger community.   39. As per my point of view, to lead a happy life in this arena of busy schedule a woman must follow firstly point number 4 and 10 Smiling with Positive Attitude. As YOUR Smile will give you a Positive countenance that will make people feel comfortable around you. You should always accept whatever comes in your life with Smile and Positivity. Secondly, you should come to the next step which is point number 12 and 8 i.e. we must accept our flaws and have passion for the work, we are doing. We shouldn’t take our Job work Or our work at home as a burden. Just do it happily with passion by removing our flaws everday. Then only you can love your work and enjoy everything. In the last, point number 2 is must that have a routine for every work, then only our life can go on systematically. So, start your life with positive smile and passion by removing flaws and get a routine to do your work. Rest of the things will come automatically in our life if we follow these steps. “Find a place inside where there’s joy, and the joy will burn out the pain.”

I think there can be numerous positive outcomes to this practice of Time Alone or Solitude, such as: We fuel our creative instincts through using imagination, discovering self-transformation and developing new and comfortable thought patterns.   41. Once again, the blog hitting one of my favourite topics …I mean something about women.
    See, we have entered in 21st century but one can tell honestly how is it difficult to be happy for a woman in the society.

    I am not saying that it’s impossible for a woman to achieve her happiness but yes it is challenging since still 70% folks are reigned by male dominating society. It is harder for them to digest it. Change is the law of nature so why to hesitate from voicing our emotions.

    Yes, We Women, want more because we deserve it ..we have earned it. We have broke those shackles of past so we have the right to keep it.

    Whereas the striking fact is that the happiness of a woman is the most essential element in a Family as she is that emotional channel that binds everyone. She is the storehouse of connectivity.The irony; still she goes unlistened.

    The women who flow with courage unmistakably carry all the traits mentioned above. But virtues like self-care, open-mindedness, always smiling and spending time alone are misinterpreted by the orthodoxies.

    In my way of leading the life, I already try to go with all the qualities mentioned above but 11th and 12th points are not so easy going for me. Since these are the core of being Strong Woman. So I will definitely work to imbibe especially these two in my persona.

Being accountable for our deeds give us strength to move ahead with more experience. Moreover happiness is something internal and cannot be wished. But yes positivity towards life can take you there where nothing else can.

I was at a talk delivered by Nandan Nilekani, Chairman – Infosys, in September 2018, wherein he made a specific mention that the first, and most important step toward success and happiness is the decision to take full responsibility for our actions and associated consequences. This. he said is the essence of personal accountability. We must first recognize that any event or situation that we encounter is, in itself, beyond our control. But we must resist the tendency to focus our attention on that event. We must stop worrying about what is happening “to” us, and instead decide what our responses, actions and attitude will be, to achieve the result we desire. While the event is beyond our control, the outcome – as dictated by our response – is 100% of our making.It is that response that embodies personal accountability and that Our commitment to three basic principles offer the best opportunity to tackle any challenge and achieve success and happiness.
    1.FOCUS INWARD on what can be controlled.
    2.COMMIT to the outcome you desire, and the actions necessary to achieve them.
    3.OWN YOUR ATTITUDE and adapt your approach to solving the challenge.

  46. Research shows that winning the lottery doean’t create long-term happiness. Instead, it’s the little things in life that make a real difference.
    Healthy relationships make life more enjoyable, help us handle stress and reach personal goals.
    Daily exercise also reinvigorate us. It will have a positive impact on our mood and overall well being .

    Being able to set aside “me time” is one of the best habits of happy women. No matter how busy you might be, being able to make time for yourself is incredibly important to your success.
    So according to me point no. 7 and 9 are more important.
