  1. Dealing with change is very important.If we learn how to deal with change we can learn how to tackle different situations , we can handle evrything easily.

  2. According to me point1 and 2 are correct. Teaching is not an easy job, especially in the present times. Teaching means shouldering a serious responsibility to develop an individual in all the respects. The challenges in the way to teaching are many, but it is up to an individual how to tackle it.
    When leadership finds you, make it about improving your own teaching skills as well as helping others connect with new ideas, tools, and materials. Great teachers possess a combination of leadership qualities that are respected by the students, parents, peers and the community.

  3. Point I will matter the most to me to make teaching successful.My pupils must be ready to adjust as well as adapt to the occuring changes.

  4. Effective leaders need to be smart. That doesn’t mean that you have to have a super high IQ, but it does mean that you need to know what you are doing, and how to make right decisions. So leader have should positive attitude and smart thinking.

  7. In my opinion, one should know how to deal with the changes that occurs in the present scenario keeping in mind the needs of the students. Hence, it’s very important to tackle such changes to be an efficient teacher.

  9. The students has to face so many challanges on daily basis.Their routine is dynamic.So I want my children to manage conflicts of life efficiently.So point no 6 is the most valid to me.

  10. I think point no 2 and 3 are considerd as important to overcome to achieve as teacher leadership is also critical for school improvement efforts to succeed. Accomplished teachers are most knowledgeable about how students in their school or district learn, and thus they are ideal candidates to lead professional-learning and curriculum development efforts.

  11. There is a variety of reasons why corporate learners disengage from the learning process. It may be that they are pressed for time or dealing with external distractions. Stress is yet another force that they must reckon with. As a result, lack of learner engagement and motivation is one of the major Learning And Development challenges. If corporate learners aren’t actively participating, then they aren’t getting the full benefit from your online training course.
    According to me one or the other way should be applied and considered.

    1. Dear Madam, In this regard the best measure to remain activeru engaged is to attempt any task to be taken up – as a Team/Teamwork . Teamwork has learning built into the process, as you are considering multiple points of view expressed by the Team members prior to arriving at an actionable decision. It’s widely accepted that working in a Team keeps monotony at bay.

  12. According to me , point number 2,3,6, and 9 are the challenges for learning and developing professionals. Engaging the learners is very essential for a calm and disciplined classroom. Conflict Management must be there so that one is able to handle any type of situation. Developing Leaders is one of the most important part of the challenges to be faced. One should demonstrate values to leadership.

  14. Greetings for the day! Teaching has always been a tough job, it is actually shouldering responsibility to provide quality and valid knowledge to learners; thus, it is not a destination rather a journey because along with teaching you too keep on learning. If I have to choose a few points out of the given list, I would prefer to lay emphasis on Dealing with change because change is the law of nature. Secondly I will be focusing on developing my students as leaders because the survival theory says that only the fittest can survive, so I will try my level best to make my students fit to survive. Then I will train my students to apply the skills they have acquired and my next focus will be on conflict management.
