I think you are perfectly allright when you said that all these things require zero effort but being passionate…always….is all inclusive….and requires a constant drive which is the ultimate cause and motivating factor.

According to me all the points mentioned are important to attain a successful career . The most important aspect is to be punctual , be ready to face the challenges and most importantly- “be a constant learner”. Learning should not be confined upto a particular age or time , everyone must keep on adding to their skills and capabilities for their overall upliftment not only at work level but also at individual level.

I personally adhere “having a strong work ethic” that in itself covers the rest of the qualities. It is important to have moral values and principles in our life that reflects the personality of a person.
