  1. Acc. to me no 5,6 listened to involved in decision making make us feel that we are part of something special.Moreovr one feels motivated too that someone cares..

  2. It is very important to have a sense of belongingness with the workplace. A short sentence of appriciation can do wonders. The employee get motivated and do fantastic job in their respective fields.

  3. To me point 3, 5 and 6 matter the most to be felt special in an ambiance that nurtures as well as cares for one. If an employee is listened, involved in decisions and mentored properly then definitely the person will feel at ease and will give her 100% to support an institution from all aspects.

  4. If an employee is involved in taking all the decisions and appreciated for the task they do then probably those employees will work hard to bring success for the school. So point no 2 and 5 are the most important to me.

  6. Talented employees stay because they are: ‘Determined to rise’ and ‘Raise the institution even in the darkest of times’. Well, these seven points play a pivotal role in the enhancement of the traits of a teacher as a professional one. In my view, being appreciated is the only thing which sets up the base for the other six stated aspects. The other six points are conjugated and highly inter-linked with one another. Taking an instance, the one who is being appreciated must have gone through some challenging task. Even failed once, that person is mentored for the next subsequent task after getting listened to his issue. As soon as the daunting task is accomplished, the employee is made involved in decision making bodies and eventually promoted. Hence, promotions lead to better financial stability.
    So, point (2) i.e. appreciated, stands tall and paves the way for other positive outcomes in professional life.
