Sometimes we feel down with circumstances or people, but trying to remain positive in those conditions gives you energy and power to deal with the worst and this makes you happier, healthier and much better human being.

  6. According to me No. 1 (Look for the good in every situation) is correct. It is the best tip for quick happiness because life is very precious and it teaches us so many things. Do work hard, never lose hope, live positive life and have faith in yourself. We should remember that we can still make it even when others discourage us. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.

No need to dwell in past anymore. Life itself means to go on. It never ceases. Then both the amalgamation of second and fifth points that ignore whatever people say about you .Turn yourself deaf to the gossipmongers .They talk on your back, where they deserve to be. So don’t bother and live freely. And then last but not the least, the seventh one, you are the creator of your destiny. We can’t blame others for the same. So design it in your way.

  10. I feel first and the last point matter the most to remain happy. I think there is always something good ibn each happenings .The only thing we need a positive outlook. Another one ,we should laugh more as it will reduce the mental pressure and give us relaxation also.

  12. Greetings for the Day! All the points are quite relevant and meaningful. I strongly believe in – ‘Sticks and stones ma break my bones, but words may never hurt me’…secondly In believe in ‘Let’s bygones be bygones’…I am quite indebted to the Almighty for everything. I generally don’t pay much heed to gossips and rumors. I try to look at the brighter side of the day.

  13. i think we can design our own life because we are like blueprint for our own life can be like the architect’s house design, the author’s table of contents, or a business plan. we set out certain goals and we map out a plan of actions on how we will get to each one of them. Maybe we start with your ideal career and strategize how we will get from where we are to where we want to be. Then we can design your personal life, intimate relationships, friendships, children, pets, home, hobbies, and whatever else fits in our plan.

I think Have a optimistic thinking in your life to make a joyful rhythm.When u see some positive in every situation,u will feel more relaxed and your mind will get rid of negative thoughts.Negative thinking affects your mind badly ,if u are a negative thinker then automatically you will a bad decision maker because negative thinking affects your cognition .Be positive in your thoughts ,your eyes ,your voice .If your eyes are positive,u will see the whole world positively And If your voice is positive,whole world will take you positively .
