  1. According to me Meditation or “dhyana” Is an exterme form of concentration. It allows your mind to focus on one thing and deteches you from all worldly things.Meditation is one of the eight limbs of yoga.Meditation is the only route to dive deep into your heart.One thing more,Meditation music is also very important in our life, because music can help us in unwind, many people have begun to use music while they meditate.

  2. Taking short breaks in between the work and relaxing, is my kind of way of self care. Not only it boost my energy level but efficiency in work too. So no matters what, I always try to buy few minutes from me for me.

  3. Yes, taking Self care is very essential for an individual for his/her physical and mental health. According to me ,the elements of self care which we can weave into our routine in order to combat anxiety are listening to music, read books, doing yoga, going for morning walk, learn something new, show kindness towards all , rest and relax. These health care ideas can not only improve your physical health but also mental health. They help in boosting our energy and immunity.

  4. Being dweller of one of the burning continent so no question to lay in scorching sun. Fun apart …Definitely to have self care should be prime objective of an individual. Everyone is trying hard to be the part of today’s Rat’s race. And while keeping it up, a person forgets himself/herself only to be taken care of. So not repeating the same error, I will be carrying all the points mentioned in my store except point no 18. Best one I can consider out of these will be going on walk, spending time on social media platforms , sparing hours for my hobby, listening favorites numbers, drinking adequate water, planning an outing and last but not the least rest and relax to regain my energy and to build up my stamina again.

  5. One should undoubtedly spare time to have self care. To care myself ,I will be preferably practicing yoga and meditation. Besides this , reading books… journals and getting creative in between will boost my energy level again..

  6. According to me, be careful about your health. For this, we should walk everyday. Drink essential amount of water. Learn something new daily to enhance our personality. Do Yoga, listen good music and try mindful colouring to relax your mind.

Best one I can consider out of these will be going on walk, spending time on social media platforms , sparing hours for my hobby, listening favorites numbers, drinking adequate water, planning an outing and last but not the least rest and relax to regain my energy and to build up my stamina again.

  9. Daily walk, meditation, listening to the favorite genre of music , having fun and last but not least the least rest and relax, these are the keys most matter for self care. Or you can say anything giving you pleasure and satisfaction is instrumental for self care.

  10. In my opinion, i will go with point: 8, 10, 13, 24, 25 which i feel are necessary to take a little care of yourself. Planning a trip would be the best, but if this cannot be done then listening to music and resting and relaxing without stressful thoughts would be the best therapy.
