  1. According to me number 11 & 12 are of consider helpful for Mental strength. Failure is often part of any long journey toward success. Mentally strong people accept that and they choose to use each failure as an opportunity to grow wiser.
    They also balance their emotions with logic so they can calculate each risk they face. They’re willing to step outside their comfort zone and seek opportunities that will help them reach their goals.

  2. Mental strength is an essential element to encounter today’s worldly affair. While failure causes some people to give up, mentally strong people bounce back from failure even better than before. Mentally strong people have a high enough self-worth that they’re able to tolerate repeat failure without fear of ridicule. It helps us to use failure as a stepping stone to future success. It’s easy to stick to our goals when you motivated. I am strongly agreed to all the points mentioned to enhance my mental strength but more appealing to me are 2nd, 5th, 6th and 7th one. One should refrain from dwelling in past. You can’t make everyone happy. Never be sorry for yourself. Everybody is playing their character so you are. And the best one..don’t run for the things that you can’t control. Ignore negativities and move on.

There will always be obstacles and challenges that threaten to derail your road to success. All the points mentioned above are absolutely agreeable to me to maintain mental strength .So I will try to follow each of these.

There will always be obstacles and challenges that threaten to derail your road to success. We have to accepting challenge of calculated risk without any fear. By doing this we will become Mentally strong and able to balance our emotions with logic so they can calculate each risk they face.

    To develop and maintain the kind of mental toughness that success requires, it’s crucial that you keep your thoughts and self-talk positive and avoid the habits that lead to negativity and unhealthy behaviors.
    The strongest people are not those who show strength in front of us but those who win battles we never see them fight.
    Help keep yourself prepared for whatever comes your way tomorrow by practicing good habits of mind and attitude:
    1. Emotional stability. Leadership often requires that you make good decisions under pressure. It’s important that you maintain your capacity to stay objective and deliver the same level of performance regardless of what you’re feeling.

Intellectual stability is vital for contented life.It comes out with the blended ingredients of peacefulness, calmness and tranquality.We should learn from past instead of feeling scared from it.Also we should not give up just because we are facing failures.For stiff mindset, try again concept is something which can work wonders.

  11. If you want to reach your full potential, you want to develop realistic expectations and understand that success does not happen overnight. Mentally weaker people are often excited. They estimate their abilities and anticipate how long they change, so they expect immediate results.

    According to me point no 4. It is important that you keep your eyes on the prize and continuously work towards your long-term goals. The path will fail, but if you measure your progress and look at the bigger picture, then success will be achievable

Wearing ourselves out is actually what we are doing nowadays by constantly focusing on making everyone else happy, or in conjunction, being afraid of disappointing anyone irrespective of the fact that we cannot control the way other people choose to feel. So,according to me in place of pleasing others,BEING ONESELF can help an individual to lead a peaceful, easy going life.

According to me point number 2, 4, 9 and 11 ( don’t dwell on past, don’t expect instant results, don’t resent on people’s success and don’t give up after first failure) are considered helpful to attain mental strength .We should have a belief in our own skills and capabilities and we must keep on doing the hard work .
