  1. In my opinion , I think No: 1 & No: 7 have RESOLVE built in. As effective Leaders ( either leading a family , working group or Company ) change leaders never assume that we have all the answers. we ask lots of questions and gather formal and informal feedback. The input and feedback allows us to make continual adjustments during the change = a Joyful and Splendid life.

  2. We often avoid asking ourselves ‘thought provoking’ questions because they could potentially push us out of our comfort zone.
Once we become aware of the things in our life that require change – we become conflicted and can no longer pretend that everything is fine the way it is. i beleive point no 7 is a question that we should ask ourself because i personally fell that If we always avoided questions that provoke change in our lives, we would stay in the same place! We wouldn’t move forward and find deeper meaning and fulfillment, but rather feel rather empty inside.

  4. Successful personal growth requires motivation, the desire to improve, and the willingness to strive to make changes. You also need to be willing to get out of your comfort zone, and sometimes, do things that are uncomfortable, but are for your own good. An open mind and the desire to learn and grow are also important.Personal growth is an ongoing process that starts from an early age, but mostly shaped by parents, teachers, and the environment. However to make the most of it, you need to become aware of the process, know what it is, and take the right steps to grow and improve yourself.

  5. The awakening of your mind will only come about by you taking action in the direction of your dreams. Stop being a coward and living a timid life like the majority of people do. Awaken to your greatness, your drive, your hunger, your motivation, your ambition, your desire, your discipline, and your perseverance. You are more powerful than you can fathom, you have the power to dictate how you truly want to live your life and helps to increase the personal growth of a person.

  6. These questions are really hard to ask ourselves. Undoubtedly, we have to work and push ourselves beyond our limits that bring frustration and anxiety. So, according to me, if we have chosen to work hard, then, these things come naturally and bother you. In this situation, we should keep a balance and take actions which make life easier and smooth, not a crap.

  7. “Self-reflection is about asking yourself thought-provoking questions so that you can develop a deeper level of understanding yourself.” The biggest value added of self-reflection is that you can change how you see yourself and how you feel about certain situations and in the end how you act. New thoughts lead to new emotions and consequently to new actions. Nevertheless, performing self-reflection regularly isn’t easy especially in the beginning. We are so busy that we often lose touch with ourselves and all the different distractions and responsibilities prevent us from really listening to our true self. Starting with self-reflection activities is similar to starting with meditation. It feels uncomfortable in the beginning and you aren’t even sure what to do. Much like it’s hard to quiet down your thoughts and focus, so it is hard to listen to your thoughts and analyse them.

  9. In today’s life we hardly find some time to analyse ourselves. So it’s very much important to get some time for yourself to realize what we really want in our life… What are our positive and negative points. How can we improve ourselves. At the end of the day think honestly…during the whole day what good things you did and what was wrong. It will help to improve yourself.

    1. Questioning yourself is big challenge .According to me, asking ur self that what is being avoided by you to make youself balanced in all stages as well as all tasks of life .I suggest we must concentrate more on our inner thoughts and giving a path way to them .

  10. Provoking Questions is difficult to ask ourselves but it definitely works on our personal growth. According to me point no 3 is most important aspect for our personal growth. Challenging ourselves is the step for getting success in our life. Successful people always go for the next challenge, setting the bar higher than the one before. Many of them realized that it’s the only way to step out and make progress. An achievable goal can be something that is just out of your reach. It can be something that requires you to stretch yourself, moving just outside your comfort zone. Stretching yourself opens you up to the possibility of failure. It means that you might not hit your goal exactly. It is so important to maintain a high level of self-esteem, believe in yourself and continue to challenge yourself in order to build upon your knowledge in all that you do. Next time you are faced with a challenge, face it. Challenge yourself, and prove that you are capable of achieving anything.

Secondly we must give some time to ourselves…where we can sit with us…talk with us…analysis us..
So one should do something beyond other’s expectations…something which is for us only..

  14. It’s very hard to put these questions to ourselves. Here I focussed to point no 1 . To live with integrity is to live with honesty and consistency and to be impeccably honest with others, you must first be impeccably honest with yourself. You must be true to yourself. Being true to yourself means living in truth with each person in your life.

Acc to me I need to ask myself the question that “What big thing I need to make that I m avoiding?” Everyone is busy in their professional life these days but we should also spare some time for our own .At the end of day we should recall all the things we have done in a day n things we planned for. This will help us in managing tasks n will help in attaining personal growth.

  21. I believe point 7 and 10 are the important questions that we ask ourselves and move forward with a better perspective. If we continue to avoid the questions that have possibilities of change then we will face no change in our lives. Better we should be open to adapt the atmosphere where we work. Secondly, the frustation of work should be minimised through meditation.

  22. I think question no. 7 “What big change do I need to make that I’m avoiding” is help us in personal growth. Change enables you to become the person you want to be. Practising and enacting change yourself is one of the most rewarding processes you will ever experience. It also displays a very valuable life skill. If you are able to pinpoint areas in your career that you are unhappy with, or need further development, being able to change your approach shows a commitment to progression and a confidence in your own ability. In order to avoid stagnation, it’s important for internal changes to be made almost continuously. No matter whether it’s changing the way your present yourself, developing your skills, takin a course or changing your routine – you are your own boss in life and a huge amount of change comes from within.

According to me Health is very much important for all of us to lead a happy and enjoyful life because if we are fit and fine then only we can give our hundred percent towards our work and will be able to achieve our goals. In this ways we can not only motivate ourselves but others also take an example from this.

  25. I think question no.7 is very important.
The need of today’s time is to bring about a change in ourselves,a change that we have been avoiding.
I suggest you all to read the book”Out of the Maze” by Dr Spencer Johnson where the author has beautifully explained that we need to change before it is too late.

  26. According to me point no. 4 and 7 are the most important aspects for our personal growth. In today’s world, people are hardly getting time to look for their health because they are too busy in their professional lives. If they will b properly fit only they can give their best and secondly we must bring change in ourselves in order to move forward with the time.

  27. In today’s world we need to challenge ourselves to bring out our best for personal growth. I believe we have to take challenges and face it, whatever is the outcome. Learning lessons through the outcomes will help us to grow. We should not do what others do, we need to be creative and innovative to do things better. We need tot develop an attitude of critically thinking and act according to it. Challenges teaches a person to do better

  28. Point no. 6 & 7 they both are equally important and we should ask these question to our self. Are you lying to yourself? Answering this question can be hard because our self-deception is so often unconscious. But if you suspect that you might be lying to yourself, congratulate yourself! It takes a tremendous amount of courage and self-awareness to even entertain this possibility….Change can be unsettling. Many of us would prefer to shy away from changes no matter whether they are big or small. However, change is an integral part of your personal development journey and for the most part should be embrace.

  29. Greetings for the day! This question followed by choicest options seems to be a psychological test; meant for self-assessment. It works in the same way as if while going out on a long drive one makes sure whether the tyres are properly inflated, there is break oil, the water level in the radiator is ok, the fuel is sufficient etc. I have read somewhere, it is also called pep-talk or self-talk. It happens when one is quite conscious and not ready to compromise with self-development at all. YES, for sure, one must keep asking such questions and hence keep on updating as well as improving one’s overall personality.

  30. Sometime we tend to get carried away with our busy schedule that we don’t really give importance to real things in our life. How to grow and improve ourselves? How to be a good role model to our kids and others? Work on our weakness than focusing on the strengths. Life is limitless so challenge yourself with the things that you are afraid of or perhaps live your life the way you real want.

  31. Questions can help us begin thinking in new ways, which can then help us find answers that aren’t immediately apparent.by asking questions we bring our internal thought processes into the spotlight.

  32. I think no.3 and no. 10; Yes we hardly care about our health. It’s actually our fear which doesn’t allow us to take a leave. Mostly I take out my frustration on my nephew. He always need my attention but I bring my work at home. Due to that i m not able to spend my time with him and when he demands time,i take out my frustration on him.

  35. I feel one particular QUESTION out of the ones given cannot be awakening and motivating you toward action and personal growth in every situation. We must pose a new question to ourselves in every difficult situation similar the ones given, to provide a spark to us to move forward in life.

  36. According to me I go with the 10 point that the majority of anger and frustration in life depends upon how the Situation it is ,We all go through our personal ideas that how should we think things to work out , how we think people should treat us, how the people should behave . I think we have the personal sense how the world should operate, and having personal rule book this personal rule book having our beliefs , values and our ideals….

  37. According to me point no.4 is important because we must all work in harmony with each other to stand up for what is right ,to speak up for what is fair, and to always voice any corrections so that the ignorant become informed and justice is never ignored.Every time a person allows an act of ignorance to happen, they delay our progress for true change.Every person, molecule and thing matters. We become responsible for the actions of others the instant we become conscious of what they are doing wrong and fail to remind them of what is right.
