  1. According to me all points are important. Positive thinkers deal with stress faster and more effectively.Positive Thinking is that, it helps to incurage the ability to create better relationship.

    2.believing in ourself and in our abilities.
    3. We look for solution instead of dwelling on problems. Etc
    In my point of view all the benefits of positive thinking are equally important in the different situations of life. But point no 1,4 is throwing a more constructive light on difficult situations.
    4. Increase ability to bounce back from stressful experiences quickly and efficiently:-
    We all knows that tight deadlines, increasing demands andRising expectations are the part of today life. Success can be great, but its not without stress.
    When the pressure is on, its easy to feel like you are falling behind or not accomplishing enough.Minor setbacks may crush our motivation.
    If we want to perform at high levels,then we must be able to bounce back from failures and all the ups and downs that leadership entails. We must learn how to become emotionally resilent.

    When we put positive thinking into practice:
    a.)work is a oppourtunity to learn something new.
    b.)we are ready to take the chance.
    c.)we are able to tackle the problem with new strategy.
    d.)we are ready to try the new things in our work.
    The optimistic people usually live happier and more productive life. At last i just want to say that we should always have positive thinking instead of negative thinking .you all might have heard a saying ,
    “If you can change your mind, you can change your life.”

  3. According to me point no.2 lower rates of depression and distress and point no. 5 it helps to increases the ability to from relationship these points are more benefits of positive thinking.

    For reduce our depression and distress we should find a place inside where there’s joy, and the joy will burn out the pain as well as positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible.

  12. According to my opinion point no. 2 is very good. Positive thinkers cope with stress faster and more effectively.
    If an unpleasant situation happens, they concentrate on solving it rather than thinking that the things are out of their control. Actually, they are less subjected to stress as they don’t have a habit to concentrate on their negative thought.A positive way of thought learns you to be more confident. You don’t want to pretend and be someone else, you learn to love yourself and to be yourself, and it boosts your confidence.

  13. It is true when a person is pessimistic, he sees the negative in everything, feel distressed, hopeless, lacks energy, everything seems to be in dark. It is human psychology wherein our thoughts become negative with something wrong in mind. According to me, positivity brings all the good, a better mindset, readiness to bring change, improved relations and obviously gives you a better health taking stress and tensions as opportunity to do better.

  14. Positive thinking doesn’t mean that you keep your head in the sand and ignore life’s less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst. Almost all the point given above are agreeable to me but still I am much agree to point no. 2nd and 7th .Since health benefits that positive thinking may provide include: Increased life span , lower rates of depression & lower levels of distress. The positive thinking that usually comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits. If you tend to be pessimistic, don’t despair — you can learn positive thinking skills. Therefore one can never overlook the importance of keeping positive outlook in one’s life.

With a positive attitude we experience pleasant and happy feelings. It is also very much beneficial in one or the other way for out health.
