  1. To have the best taste of happiness in my life, I will love to incorporate all the 12 actions in my daily life. But I will be considering point 1, 2, 3, 11 & 12.One must be grateful to God for showering all the possessing in life. One must show gratitude to the Almighty for all the blessings. Never find space on the threshold of the pessimism. Always look at brighter side of life and believe me, you will find latent ways to solve the issues. Avoid over-thinking. Everyone is unique in their own way. You are special. So don’t make petty comparison. Devoting oneself in God and find shelter in His will to reside in happiness. Well-said, human body is a living temple of God. So it must be valued. Its preservation should be the top most priority of a person. And if you have a sound mind and body, then only you will be cherishing the treasure of LIFE. Therefore never hesitate to celebrate it.

  2. Challenge and novelty are key elements of happiness. The brain is stimulated by surprise, and successfully dealing with an unexpected situation gives a powerful sense of satisfaction. People who do new things―learn a game, travel to unfamiliar places―are happier than people who stick to familiar activities that they already do well. Happiness is not just about feeling good all the time. Happy people also get to recover from bad situations .

  3. Happiness means that thing which give full of joy. That thing which we feel great in doing it doesn’t means we get or not. According to my opinion, point no 4 practice act of kindness is most important for becoming a happiest person. When we help someone selflessly then we feel great from inside. At the end of the day we think that we have done something for others.

Though Being happy does not cost anything however it is not a piece of cake for everyone.Not much people these days remain happy even if it is easy and possible for them.Happiness comes from within hence taking care of the body can be the foremost step towards happiness as healthy body impart optimism and make us better individuals where we learn gratitude and thats what make people spiritually strong.Hence all these choices counts on happiness.

  6. Listen to your heart. You are the only one who knows what fills you up. Your family and friends may think you’d be great at something that really doesn’t float your boat. It can be complicated following your bliss. Just be smart, and keep your day job for the time being.
    Push yourself, not others. It’s easy to feel that someone else is responsible for your fulfillment, but the reality is that it is really your charge. Once you realize that, you have the power to get where you want to go. Stop blaming others or the world, and you’ll find your answers much sooner.

  8. According to me point no 1,7,10 and 12 are very important. Happy people are more attractive to others and develop stronger relationships, which would be essential for making friends and allies to help in adverse conditions.They are always in a good mood are more creative and energetic.Happiness is good for our health; happy people are less likely to get sick, they live longer ,more generous,more creative, volunteer, and cope better with stress and trauma.It’s the connectivity of all those things that’s vital to a fulfilling life. In point no.1Expressing your gratitude towards someone has many benefits including raising your self-esteem,making you happier and also giving you a sense of fulfillment in life.Gratitude is the attitude which gives the fortitude to deal with the toughest challenges in our lives. According to point 7 forgiveness is a practice of freeing up your energy to focus on things that incline towards your own health and well being or the health and well being of others.It does not change the past, but it does encourage the future.In point no. 10 We have to focus our goal like a crane with full intensity.According to point no.12 our body is our valuable assets. To get through each day need to kept in good shape. A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. If your body is fit and fine we, can easily concentrate on our work and lives a happy life. That’s why we should take care a good care of our bodies and pay enough attention to it.
