    As a result, you’re also keenly aware of those relationships that are more toxic than uplifting and are better equipped to remove yourself from them if required.

    From abusive spouses to jealous, spiteful “frenemies,” you’ll be able to spot the people whose behavior has been exacerbating your feelings of self-doubt and loneliness.

    There’s a direct link between abuse (in all its forms) and low self esteem, though leaving isn’t always as cut and dry as simply cutting off ties.

  2. Self esteem is a good opinion of your own character and abilities.It is an individual’s subjective evaluation of their own worth. First identify about your own needs and hopes.Its important to make other people happy but first you start with yourself . Stay focused for your goals and learn a lesson from your mistakes.If you are not comfortable with something take action/decision accordingly.

  3. Self Esteem is how we value and perceive ourselves. It is based on our opinions and beliefs about ourselves. As per my point of view to enhance our self esteem we have to focus on the challenges and trying to learn from our mistakes so that in future we have better results with a positive response. We have to make continuous efforts to achieve growth and enhance our skills. It will really work to build self esteem.

  4. According to me, focus on our efforts and working on our errors and mistakes will assist greatly in building our self esteem. We should be able to understand what is right and what is wrong and simultaneously be able to make others also understand what is our opinion and why is that so. In this way, we will stand strong on it and show our confidence.
