  1. Accoring to me spend some time alone regularly because we need solitude, because when we’re alone, we’re free from obligations, we don’t need to put on a show, and we can hear our own thoughts.

  2. I think Be mentally strong and stop comparing to you with others , because everybody have different types of thinking and everybody have own identity stop comparing to yourself with others.

  4. I advocate that we be true to ourselves, and be who we really are inside can be an effective way of staying mentally strong. So for me being best version of self rather to compare oneself with rest or to imitate others is the key.

  5. Greetings of the day! I believe that to regain yourself you should be positive and give some time to the things. Change will take place, it has to, but you need to wait and watch. Secondly, give time to yourself as well…very much necessary. Be thankful for whatever you have and stay away from fools and pessimistic persons. Pat your shoulder whenever you succeed and never compare yourself with anyone else…remember that five fingers of your hand are never of same shape and size then how can five people be alike. Be natural, be yourself, don’t put on mask.

  6. Being interested in things like resilience, perseverance, and self – discipline, I will love to adopt 1st, 3rd, 4th and 7th point in my life. Definitely I will jot down the three vest things that I am grateful to my Almighty for blessing me. I would love to celebrate to small success of my life. Comparing me with others will certainly not be the part of my checklist. I will avoid practicing it since each one of us is unique in one way or the other. And of course I will use positive words more often to have positive vibe around me.

  7. 8th and 9th point is very important to remain self disciplined in life. One should cry to outpour his emotions. And one should spend time in his own company to have the best feel.

  8. Point no.2,3,4,7 And 9 wee most worthful because we should spend some time with us and we should ignore negative thoughts. we should keep positive thoughts and try to improve our skills of caring and forgiveness.

  9. Self discipline is very important in our life.Its lack makes you unable to achieve your goals. Without it, you’ll struggle to lose weight, become fit, wake up early, work productively and save money. Not embracing it in your everyday life means that you’ll never realize your full potential. Ignoring it inevitably leads to regret and feeling sad about how more successful and incredible your life could have been if you had only decided to develop it.

  10. POINT NO 2,3,4,7 AND 9 ARE ABSOLUTLY RIGHT.Because:-
    1.We should give time to ourselves.
    2.We should think positively.
    3. We should never compare us with others.
    4.Try to say thanks for each thing you have.
    5.Try to make nice and faithfull relations around you.
    6.Celebrate you success with your friends and family.
    7.Try to not become arguemental type of people.

  11. According to me all the points are equally important . We always need to have a positive attitude. Positive attitude enhances connection with individuals. This helps us to improve relations and lead a healthy life. Positivism brings in success as the individuals are motivated and more effective.
    Another very important Attitude we should imbibe is- saying thank you for what we have. It will remove all negative vibes. We will be mentally strong and achieve our goals easily.

  13. To stay mentally strong , it’s important to learn to be happy. If, for some reason, you don’t feel happy despite having a wonderful life, start some new activities.Try to note down the things you are blessed with and stay positive.Stop letting yourself get beat down by other people’s thoughts about you.Do not give them the power to influence your opinion about you. Spend time doing rewarding activities and pursue your hobbies. Start projects, accomplish them in your personal time and start enjoying your life more.Furthermore,Every individual has his/her own opinion and perception regarding anything.Always try to just listen to them then ignore and do what makes you happy instead of convincing people and please them.

  15. Positivity works where nothing else work. Believe in yourself and do not compare yourself with others. Decluttering yourself helps to focus more. And life is never complete without having the feeling of gratitude towards others which will ultimately make your life peaceful.
