  5. Greetings!
Happiness is inner contentment and living in peace and harmony with our body, mind and soul.
According to me, we should make ourselves adaptable to change…as change is the law of Universe…if we’re not capable to do so…we will live in constant fear and anxiety…that will lead to insecurity and ultimately to unhappy state of mind.
Besides that we should improve ourselves… enhancing our knowledge…multi -tasking… collecting good things from wherever we can.
I would like to add that each one of us is an unique piece of God’s creativity… with different qualities and characteristics. We should not compare our personality with others. Everyone has their own positives and negatives.. It’s upto us what we take from others…to maintain our happy mood we should gain from the good aspects of others’ personality.
Moreover,” SMILING” and ” LOVING” are the two virtues , inbuilt in our systems, that can make us Versatile enough to Act as Energy boosters for others..
I am willing to add that we get what we give….so add on to your happiness by giving the same first..

  7. I shall go with point no. 8 “Never compare yourself to others”.True happiness is when you are living your life without waiting for anyone’s approval.Everyone lives life at a different pace, which makes us each special and beautiful. The sooner you embrace your uniqueness and the differences between you and other people, the happier you will be. Surround yourself with people who appreciate you for who you really are without trying to change you or reframe

  8. I think, never fear to embrace changes: As we all know that change is the law of nature. Everything alters after a certain period of time. Like nature and weather take turn to transform, in the same way, time and things also mould. We should adapt to it and enjoy it, then only make out the best of it. No change will it monotonous and dullsville.

  9. In my opinion the benefits may seem obvious; after all, feeling happy feels good! But the value of happiness habits goes even deeper. In Hardwiring Happiness, Rick Hanson points out that negativity is hardwired into our brains. We are predisposed to pay more attention to bad things than good things. This negativity bias has helped us survive by making us aware of possible threats, problems, and stressors in our environment. However, if we are ruled only by our negativity, we miss opportunities for pleasure, joy, good relationships, and humor. Happiness activities help balance out the negativity bias so that we see and experience the positive aspects of life.

Experiencing and absorbing moments of happiness has long-term brain benefits. Happy experiences and thoughts can actually grow new neural circuits in your brain. These neural structures provide you with inner strengths such as resilience, gratitude, enthusiasm, and happiness.

  10. I feel improving yourself gives sheer happiness because self-improvement lets you identify your personal strengths and play on them. From relationships to careers – knowing your strengths is important for every sphere of your life. It gives you a better understanding of what you are seeking and where you are likely to thrive and excel. Hence it leads to a happier life.

According to me, To make ourself we should never stop improving ourself. We are all different, and there is no perfect direction or path to our personal evolution. The whole point is to become the best version of YOU, and never stop taking lessons from your own life experiences.

  12. According to me point no 8,10,11 points has more value.
    8. Never compare yourself with others :
If you want to be happy then you should never compare yourself with others because when you are comparing yourself with others you might felt inferior or dishearted. Instead of it you need to focus on your work and
Things which can make you happy.
    10. Never stop improving yourself:
In order to get happines in your life, you should always work on your capability and capacity. All you need is willingness to improve yourself. You have to try to improve yourself by heart.
    11. Never forget to smile:
When we are working and doing some important stuff, we oftenly forget to smile then we are not paying much attention to smile on that time but once my dad told me that if you will try to do your same important work with a big smile on your face it will do wonders in your task. In that way you can feel happiness also.

  13. All the points suggested equally important to me. But I will raise my voice much in supporting 3rd point. I absolutely agree to the fact that we should not be harsh enough with ourselves. Its perfectly alright if we do not achieve what we look for. but that does mean we snatch the essence of happiness from us by being harsh. Rather we need to be more affectionate and undersilkystanding with ourselves.

  14. Point No 11 is the most important to me. I feel we should not stop keeping a pleasant smile on our face. problems will come they are inseparable pat of life. That doesn’t mean we stop being happy. So keeping smile on face to remain happy is the best idea.

  15. According to me point 11 is more relevant. When you smile, a number of things can change your life. When you are truly happy from inside, smile on face automatically appears and you are much more likely to want to achieve your goals and go after things in life you have always dreamed of doing.

  17. Never compare yourself with others. Comparison will make you feel restless, stressful. What you do or what you have belongs to you and your capabilities. You can’t conquer everything but you can try and attain best.

  18. According to me, Point no. 9 is the most important ” Never let your bad thoughts grow”.
The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.
Being judgmental, jealous, or angry will at some point turn against you. A bad thought can trigger bad speech, just as bad words provoke bad actions. Don’t let your mind initiate anything you’d be ashamed of later.

  20. I think we should not stop improving ourselves and even never fear to embrace changes. We need to take the changes lightly for development and proper growth of our ideas to get success in almost all fields of life which will fill us with true happiness.

  21. I will go with 5th point its ” me time” one of the best way to make ourself happy is to make sure that we set aside sometime to do what we love. I love cooking so at every night I cook the food it feels me happy and by this way I also help my mother. She feels relax that time because she also want free time for herself. So I suggest everyone to enjoy “me time” because work will be go on.

  22. Happiness is a private impression which does not come by chance but it comes by choice.I feel to be tender with oneself is one such elite feeling which not only nurtures souls but also provides the exclusivity to ourselves which later becomes a reason of happiness. Also to keep a room for acceptance and improvisation is a real contentment.

  23. Everyone demands happiness however a few gets success to attain it with the fact that they accept themselves the way they are and do not compare themselves with others hence preserve their happiness well. Also to comrehend the importance of gradual improvement also gives contentment which is permanent.

  24. To be happy is the most essential thing to live a healthy life. We should not compare ourselves to others to stay positive and happy. Never letting grow bad thoughts in our mind is another way to stay happy.

  25. Comparison with others has its uses, but the only person you should be comparing yourself against is yourself.
It may be useful to have a point of reference to compare yourself with others, but it’s still an incomplete picture.
You will not know what it’s like to be them. You won’t know what motivates them on a daily basis, and you will never know the whole story.
You cannot control others, but you can use it as inspiration to control something you can, yourself.

  26. According to me number 9 ‘NEVER LET YOUR BAD THOUGTS GROW’ is a suitable answer.
When you’re tapping into negative thinking then you’re often thinking about something that happened or something that may happen or both, all jumbled up as your mood and thoughts sink.
So to snap out of that put your attention fully into this moment instead. Into what’s here right now.
Start making it a habit to spend more of your time in the present moment and you’ll, in my experience, naturally have less negative thoughts and be more open and constructive.
