  1. You don’t have to wait for motivation to get started. If you want to work in a consistent way every day then sometimes you just have to get going anyway.
    And the funny thing is that after I have worked for a while things feel easier and easier and more fun and the motivation catches up with me.
    2. Start small if big leads you to procrastinating.
    If a project or task feels too big and daunting don’t let that lead you into procrastination.
    Instead, break it down into small steps – like just setting up your blog or cleaning for 5 minutes – and then take just one of them to start moving forward.
    3. Start tiny if a small step still leads you to procrastination.If breaking it down and taking a small step still leads you to procrastinating then go even smaller. Take just a tiny 1-2 minute step forward. That’s it.
    Because the most important thing is to just get going and to build momentum forward.

    4. Reduce the daily distractions.
    When you have easily accessible distractions all around you then it becomes hard to focus.

  2. I feel believing in yourself is the key.
    The biggest difference between successful people and unsuccessful people isn’t intelligence or opportunity or resources. It’s the belief that they can make their goals happen.

    We all deal with vulnerability, uncertainty, and failure. But believing in yourself is what keep you afloat from all the demotivating conditions.

  3. As per my point of view no.1,8 and 10 are important and we need to adopt for achieving our goals.
    No. 1- (Remember why you started)
    If we keep this point in our mind in positive way than we can go up and achieve our targets.
    No.8- ( Believe in your self )
    To keep our mind positive and energetic we should start believe in ourselves. We feel motivated.
    No.10- ( Love yourself )
    It is the way where we can give appreciation to ourself. Life is a beautiful gift given by God. Love yourself…….

    Yes, one has to stay focused on the goal besides believing in the inner self.
    Above everything, if we are determined to achieve a goal….in our journey toward it…obstacles and hurdles..will occur…but the positive atmosphere and the aura of positive energy will bring solutions to every problem and we will be able to make better decisions ..
    Ultimately high quality of creativity and productivity come up…
    Undoubtedly..self motivation is the first step towards the goal.

  5. There is only one way for me to motivate myself to work hard: I don’t think about it as hard work. I think about it as part of making myself into who I want to be. Once I’ve made the choice to do something, I try not to think so much about how difficult or frustrating or impossible that might be; I just think about how good it must feel to be that, or how proud I might be to have done that. Make hard look easy.

    In our everyday life we are surrounded by a variety of people. Some of the people we deal with on a daily basis are a joy to be with, and their loving presence nurtures and encourages us. Others may have the opposite effect, draining us of our energy, making us feel tired and exhausted. Our well-being can be easily influenced by those around us, and if we can keep this in mind, we will have greater insights into the quality of our social interactions and their energetic effect on us.
    When we surround ourselves with positive people, we clear away the negativity that exists around us and create more room to welcome nurturing and renewed energy. Doing this not only enriches our lives, but also envelops us in a supportive and healing space that fosters greater growth, understanding, and love of ourselves .

  13. We have been talking about showing positivity, not to compare yourself to others or doing your best. Yes, they are important for ones growth, but the first and foremost is BELIEVE IN ONESELF. If we feel motivated from within ourselves, we will be able to do anything in this world. Its quite appreciable to reward and recognise the efforts done by others but the vital aspect is to reward for the efforts done by us for ourselves hence doing this always boost self esteem and we remain focused and motivated.Also not compering our efforts with others too gives us full energy.

  17. Achieving our goals is seldom easy. It’s why knowing how to stay motivated is so incredibly important when it comes to getting what we want in the long term. And in a world with more distractions than ever before from non-stop web access to constant texting it can be all the harder to stay focused and productive and not just give in to what’s easier in the moment.

    I’ve often struggled with motivation, whether it’s been related to my career, my health, or just getting better at a hobby I enjoy. And while it’s not always the biggest deal (it’s not really all that vital that I learn to play my favourite song on my birthday), sometimes it really worries me. I don’t want to be filled with regret at some point down the line because I didn’t follow through on something I really wanted, and I also don’t want to feel like I failed at achieving the things that are important to me, all because I couldn’t figure out how to stay motivated.

  18. It’s important to reward yourself, and your team, as soon as you complete a key task or objective. Why? By rewarding yourself in the moment, your brain elicits positive emotions, leading to the realization that your efforts result in a positive reward.

    We all know the drill. Do something and get something in return. The more the effort/energy/time spent, the better the reward.

  19. In my point of view, Believe in yourself is very important to stay motivated. It is a very well-known fact that if anyone wants to succeed in life, they must believe in themselves. We have to believe in ourselves and in our abilities because our inner faith will create our external results.

    People easily lose faith in themselves when encountering setbacks, failure and fear. When you lack confidence in yourself, others will pick up on that and won’t take you seriously.

    Not many people live the life that they have always wished to live; they give up on their life goals as soon as they encounter the first setback. One of the main causes for this is that they do not believe in themselves.
    Believe in yourself, and the rest will fall into place. Have faith in your own abilities, work hard and there is nothing you cannot accomplish.”

  21. As per my view we should not compare ourselves with other. Comparison puts focus on the wrong person.
    You can control one life—yours. But when we constantly compare ourselves to others, we waste precious energy focusing on other peoples’ lives rather than our own.
