  1. As per my point of view all points are important. 2. We all struggle with trying not to get too caught up in everyone else’s lives on social media, but remember that the more you concentrate on living your own life and carving your own way, the less you’ll be worrying about what everyone else is doing.
If we can’t enjoy our own company then at every moment, we want someone to be with us to make us happy.

  3. In the current scenario, I have observed that how uncertain the life is. In a moment, our whole life can change. According to me, the best way to appreciate ourselves is to do whatever we want to do despite of waiting for the circumstances to change. You never know whether the conditions will improve or deteriorate. Therefore, we should keep on doing what makes us happy. Whatever we have, we should make best out of it.

  4. People who do not seek validations and work smartly to impress themselves are my favourite sort of people because they work for self-satisfaction and do not try to be someone else hence proved an elite way to appreciate and recognise the efforts done by oneself

  5. I agreed that self appreciation is the foundation of a happy life. To make my self more worthy I would like to choose No. 10 if in some case we failed to achieve our goals then be positive and keep one thing in mind atleast we tried and we learnt a lot. But we need to adapt position attitude. And No. 13 celebrate your critics. It is hard to adapt. But in my experience if we feel easy in front of our critics then we become more confident. Enjoy your own company 😊 and always try to do something good for your loved ones ❤️.

  6. First of all we should stop comparing ourselves with others because it can lead us to think that there is something missing from our lives.
If we are constantly comparing ourselves to others, eventually we are going to find areas where we don’t match up.
Inevitably, this is going to leave you feeling inferior and depressed. It’s normal, no one likes to see that they aren’t as good as they thought they were.
That’s not to say comparison is a bad thing. Used correctly, it can help you to identify your weak points so you can improve on them.

  7. According to me…Comparison puts your focus on the wrong person. You can control one life – yours. When we consistently compare ourselves to others, we waste precious energy focusing on other peoples’ lives rather than our own.

  8. The question is quite right and there are many ways to by which we can help to start appreciating ourselves .
♤ *Quit trying to be someone else*♤
Always try to make your own identity…don’t copy others. You can follow good deeds of others. But copying others can distract you. So always think that you are unique and you can become your best version.

♡ *Enjoy your own company* ♡
Always keep this thing in your mind that noone can make you happy rather than you. Always give company yourself. Just listen to your heart and choose the right path. Life can’t give us many chances but you can give chances to you. So be in touch of yourself.

◇ *Always celebrate your success* ◇
Just give tap at your back whenever you get some achievement. This is how we can boost ourself for next level. Small successes can be bigger one if you look positive into them. So always prepare yourself for next level and celebrate your achievements.

  9. Without any doubt, appreciation is one of the elite compliments one can receive and flaunt.Appreciation and recognition for our own self is really pivotal as it keeps us motivated and composed. To appreciate our own self , we should not seek validations nd should be focused on learnings and experiences

  10. Since childhood, we’ve been accustomed to receiving compliments and praise from others. If we did well in school, our teacher would applaud us. When we do well at work, we may receive an award or a promotion.
Receiving praise feels good. It’s a positive approval of our behavior and gives us a sense of acceptance.
What happens if we don’t get the recognition we deserve? Should everyone expect to be acknowledged for their hard work? Does it change your approach towards your goal?Instead of reacting angrily or being disappointed because someone didn’t recognize our efforts, we should give ourselves praise.
Depending on others to encourage you or acknowledge your work can negatively affect you. If you don’t receive praise, you may begin to second guess yourself, or even react by sabotaging your own work.

  11. Greetings!
When you can do something that helps you switch your focus on to yourself, rather than others, this will really help you to stop making comparisons. To do this, try and start appreciating what you have.

Focus on the good things in your life and feel and express gratitude for them. When you are doing this, you start to feel more positive and grateful for your life and can stop focusing on what you are lacking.

Try and write a gratitude journal, you can do this in the evening or morning, and write down everything you are grateful for on that day and memories or things you’ve done which made you happy.

This really helps to focus on all the good things and stay positive about your life, instead of comparing what you don’t have to someone else.

  12. According to me point no 1,2 and 4 has more value
1.Quit trying to be someone else-
We should not focus on others how they are doing and performing. We should not try to be someone else because then we will lost our uniqueness.
2.Celebrate your uniqueness- we should always appriciate our uniqueness and qualities. It will always boost our level of thinking.
It will also help us in our self realization.
    4. It is pointless to compare yourself with others:
We should always focus on hardwork and quality of work instead of comparing yourself with others.

  16. I feel relatable with point 2. One should not loose their own identity and stay unique. Your opinion may not matter to others but what’s opinion is may reflect your own personality and that differentiate you from others.

  18. No doubt
Our life is like a house
We have curtains of happiness in the house
We have windows of new ideas in the house
We have door with name plate in the house
    but
    Yes
A strong foundation will change the house in to a home
    &
    after this change
    We can see
    hidden ‘ OM ‘
in the word ‘ HOME ‘
So enjoy your life with ‘ OM ‘
move ahead with ‘ OM ‘
Learn from critics with ‘ OM ‘
    &
Switch your focus on to your self
rather than others with ‘ OM ‘

  21. According to me Failure is a step that takes you closer to success. As it is said “failure is mother of all success”.The one who failed 10000 times was not a failure at the end ,he just found 10000 ways that didnt work.As Samuel Beckett said-“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.”

  24. Self appreciation is an important component for building self esteem and confidence. Appreciating yourself is necessary for your growth in this world as you will not be able to grow if you think and view yourself negatively.
This is simple, yet people do n€™ot do it often. Make it a habit to laugh every day. Spend time with your children, watch a comedy show, and look at funny pictures. The important is you take action and make laughter a habit in your life.
