    1)Stop comparing because it is a death of all joy.Even our personality begins where comparison leave off. So be unique and confident. This is the only reason,why we struggle with insecurity.
    2)Appreciating the little things in life involves focusing our attention on what is pleasurable in our lives and away from those events that are annoying, frustrating, or hurtful.

Perfection is nothing but an illusion, the sooner we get out of this illusion the better we make pur lives hence to heal ourselves, once should stop trying becoming perfect especially in front of others.Our competition should be to be to become a better version of ourselves and ofcourse without loosing quality

  3. According to my opinion point 4 and 8 both are very important in our life,because negativity affects ourselves and everyone around us. It limits our potential to become something great and live a fulfilling, purposeful life. Negativity has a tangible effect on our health, too. Research has shown that people who cultivate negative energy experience more stress, more sickness, and less opportunity over the course of their lives than those who choose to live positive.

    Although negative and positive thoughts will always exist, the key to becoming positive is to limit the amount of negativity that we experience by filling ourselves up with more positivity.’
    **Do more of what makes you happy’ is a frequently used saying. It is also a saying that is often misused or perhaps even overlooked. Feeling happy or finding happiness in life is something we all seek. How we get there or how long it actually takes us, is always a key question an individual has to answer themselves.
    ****Through life’s journey, our situations often change, our happiness waivers and from time to time life’s challenges begin to test us. Overcoming those challenges and finding harmony and common ground is necessary for us to feel good about ourselves. How we reach that point, is again almost certainly down to us as an individual.

    ***Doing more of what makes you happy, is a simple and effective mindset, which allows us to develop happiness within ourselves, mainly starting from our own unique experiences. Throughout my life, I have always viewed the outdoors and sport, as the perfect means of helping me to regulate occasional rises in stress levels, and by participating in such pastimes, the overall levels of positive thoughts and happiness have been able to flow freely into my life.
    In my opinion, I will always side towards activity-based happiness, as I feel activity is the key to establishing an overall feel-good factor, within our lives.

    ***Research, from ‘the experts’, continually points towards its overall positive effects and how an activity should play a significant role in our everyday lives, and by adopting such an approach, it is clear we can benefit in a variety of different ways.

    Yes it’s true that we should stop aiming for perfection as it leads to complicating your own mind. Perfection must be a natural thing which needs no efforts that it’s called actual perfection, but when one gets hyper to get perfection it just cause delay in your work.   6. We all need some daily reminders to keep us motivated and on the right track to achieve our goals. It can be easy to lose perspective and get stuck in negative thinking. I love positive quotes. They are my go-to whenever I need some inspiration and a push to keep going!

  8. I would like to go with No. 8. Do more of what makes you happy. Because happiness gives us positivity. We feel motivated and energetic. We can explore our thoughts and try to adapt something new.

  10. I think by stoping the comparison with others we can become a better person because comparing ourselves to others allows them to drive our behavior. This type of comparison is between you and someone else. Sometimes it’s about something genetic, like wishing to be taller, but more often it’s about something the other person is capable of doing that we wish we could do as well. Sometimes this comparison is motivating and sometimes it’s destructive.

    You can be anything but you can’t be everything. When we compare ourselves to others, we’re often comparing their best features against our average ones. It’s like being right-handed and trying to play an instrument with your left hand. Not only do we naturally want to be better than them, the unconscious realization that we are not often becomes self-destructive.

  11. I would go with point no 3,8,and 10 We should not compare ourself with others as we will not be able to work with our profecession.
    We should do that things which makes us happy because if something is forced on is we will not be able to give good results.
    Yes apprcation is what which you need from society if you are not appreciateed for the work your morale will go down. So little appreciation helps a lot in growing in this little world.

  12. According to me number 8 ‘Do more of what makes you happy’ would I like to hear as reminder to be a better person.
    Make choices that are right for you. Say things you really want to say to the people who most need to hear them. Express your feelings And most of all, realize that happiness is a choice.
    Fifty percent of how happy you are lies within your control, so start doing more things that will make you happier.

  14. As per my opinion, number 2 (i.e. make your passion your career) is the most suitable answer. Many people who choose careers that don’t make them happy will tell you that they would all do it differently if they had the chance. We only have one life, so don’t waste it working somewhere you hate just because of the money.

Aiming for perfection is actually an another way of keeping one on toes which seems exciting but not practical all tue time hence a reminder should be given time to time to oneself that a competition within determination is always healthy.Also being little tender with oneself is also a delightful way to feel good for oneself

  19. Appreciate the little things you have, be grateful for the life and privileges you have, there are many who don’t have basic amenities. Don’t complain try making world a better place by changing yourself rather expecting the world to change. Strive for excellence and don’t be afraid of failures, failures make you the person you are today or you will be in future.
