  1. All five ways of well being it’s very important but according to my point of Be active is most important..
Regular physical activity is associated with lower rates of depression and anxiety across all age groups.

Exercise is essential for slowing age-related cognitive decline and for promoting well-being.

But it doesn’t need to be particularly intense for you to feel good – slower-paced activities, such as walking, can have the benefit of encouraging social interactions as well providing some level of exercise.

Today, why not get physical? Here are a few ideas:

    # Take the stairs not the lift

    # Go for a walk at lunchtime

    # Walk into work – perhaps with a colleague – so you can ‘connect’ as well

Get off the bus one stop earlier than usual and walk the final part of your journey to work

    Organise a work sporting activity

    Have a kick-about in a local park

Do some ‘easy exercise’, like stretching, before you leave for work in the morning

Walk to someone’s desk instead of calling or emailing.

  2. In my point of view, being active is the key for well-being. Doing physical activities can lead us to a healthy body and lifestyle, which leads us to more productive approach towards our work.

    Keep Learning
Continued learning through life enhances self-esteem and encourages social interaction and a more active life. Anecdotal evidence suggests that the opportunity to engage in work or educational activities particularly helps to lift older people out of depression. The practice of setting goals, which is related to adult learning in particular, has been strongly associated with higher levels of wellbeing.

  5. I will go with point no.4 “keep learning”
Continued learning through life enhances self-esteem and encourages social interaction and a more active life.Learning is about gaining new knowledge, developing skills and having new experiences that enrich our lives. Learning is about challenging ourselves to do something different or improve upon what we’ve done before. Try something new. Rediscover an old interest. Sign up for that course. Take on a different responsibility at work. Fix a bike. Learn to play an instrument or how to cook your favourite food. Set a challenge you will enjoy achieving. Learning new things will make you more confident, as well as being fun to do.

Both these are very essential to grow in one’s life. We cannot stand alone to carry on with our lives. We need relationships. At the same time, we ought to keep learning in order to improve ourselves.

People engaged in learning report feeling better about themselves and a greater ability to cope with stress, as well has feeling more self confidence, hope and purpose.
We all know that staying active is also one of the best ways to keep our bodies healthy. Without regular activity, our body slowly loses its strength, stamina and ability to function properly. It’s like the old saying: you don’t stop moving from growing old, you grow old from stopping moving. Exercise increases muscle strength, which in turn increases your ability to do other physical activities.
