  1. Greetings everyone!!
According to me, point no 5 holds the key- Positive self talk

There will be days when you don’t feel like getting out of the bed. There will be days when you don’t want to get back to the grind. There are days when you feel like you’re not making much progress.

Those are the days that make the difference between those who are going to make it and those who will find excuses for their failures.
How you make it happen, how you convince your body and mind to move in accordance with what you know is better, than whatever alternative might be on the table, resides in yourself and is called willpower.

The level of self-motivation someone can deploy is directly correlated to the following: his or her level of confidence, the positive outlook on the outcome, the quality of the goal and the environment they created for themselves.

I agree with aptitudes written on point number 8 and 11. World is evolving everday. New inventions are being made and new researches are being done. This constant evolving seems to be overbearing our current knowledge because there is so much that we do not know. So keeping up to date with the trends and the inventions, keeps is in check and is mandatory for a person to survive in their job.
Presenting yourself in a certain way can be the very reason how people perceive you or how seriously you are taken. A well dressed person will always be seen as inferior to other. Confidence also adds to it.

  4. All the points mentioned above are equally significant. But for me, eighth point i.e. Constant Learning, is the most important one. There are many benefits to being a life-long learner. As the world continues to discover innovations and new information, not staying updated with modern skills, even after college graduation, can leave employees behind. Keeping yourself up-to-date with new skills and knowledge on a regular basis will make you a more valuable employee and contributor in the workplace. Advanced training and new skills throughout their career helps to better adapt to changes in the workplace.

  6. I would like to go with the point no.3 Self-awareness is one of the most important psychological traits you can develop within yourself for life. Its benefits extend to like everything whether it’s managing your emotions in conflict or understanding your weaknesses at work or being realistic on what you can accomplish. Every step of the way, self-awareness is necessary to make it happen.

I would go with point 6. Time management is important because time is a limited thing in life. No amount if money can help you buy time and go in the past to use it again.
Everyone knows that time is precious hence we need to manage it carefully .Time will not wait for everyone.Once the time is gone it won’t come back. Thus we all need to use time in beneficial way.For that time management is very useful. In time management we can allote different time slots for different activities and by this we can utilise the time efficiently. Also we need to give training to children in their childhood itself about time.

  8. According to me point no 5 ‘Positive self talk’.Self-talk is your inner voice. While you may not have focused on it before but we should practice positive self-talk throughout our entire life. Self-talk is your internal dialogue. It’s influenced by your subconscious mind, and it reveals your thoughts, beliefs, questions, and ideas. Self-talk can be both negative and positive. It can be encouraging, and it can be distressing. Much of your self-talk depends on your personality. If you’re an optimist, your self-talk may be more hopeful and positive.

  9. I will go with point no. 6 ( Time management ) =
Our parents & grandparents always told us that time once gone will never come back. If we want to be successful in life then we need to manage our time. Effective time management increases our focus & improves our productivity. We have always considered time to be one of the most essential & precious things of our life. So it is better not to think about the time that has already passed but it is important to focus on the present. Effective time management is the effective use of our time.

Positive thinking and optimism can be effective stress management tools. Indeed, having a more positive outlook on life can provide you with some health benefits. For example, one 2010 study shows optimists have a better quality of life.

I shall go with point no. 6 “Time Management”
The skill to use the resources you have, including time, determines your success in life. Simply said, some individuals make good use of their time while others waste it.
The first will have a satisfying life, while the second will be furious with God for making life so unjust.
The temptation to hop on a new craze and start afresh is strong, but even if you make some progress there, another dazzling thing will catch your eye and draw you in.
This is what prevents individuals from making significant progress.

Not only does listening enhance your ability to understand better and make you a better communicator, it also makes the experience of speaking to you more enjoyable to other people.

It is not something that you are acutely focused on at every moment or every day. Self-awareness emerges at different points depending on the situation and your personality. People are not born completely self-aware. The best things in life may be free, but that doesn’t mean they won’t take time, sweat, and perseverance to acquire.
That’s especially the case when it comes to learning important life skills.

    ***Being honest with yourself
Whatever you are doing, you must be brutally honest with yourself, especially in business. Always know that you complete with no one; run your own race.
Know what you know and also be aware of what you do not know. Just focus on being good at what you do and continue to learn.

All points are important in our life. But being honest to yourself is best for wellbeing. When you are honest with yourself, you accept your weaknesses and flaws. You may know what some of those are. You may know what you are capable of and what you aren’t capable of. With enough self-knowledge, people’s judgments about you can become less important.

I agree with aptitudes written on point number 3 and 14.
Self awareness is a level of consciousness, where a person is aware of what is happening to them, what their responses are and by knowing these things one is able to control them.Man is a machine. Predictable, determined, and based on what he is exposed to, so his reaction is predictable. But a higher level of man, one with self awareness, acts differently. He sees and knows how and what he is exposed to affects him, and this gives him free will to act. Self awareness is remembering yourself, Knowing that you are being pulled constantly in all directions, and so have the ability to choose.
Honesty is true to ones’ virtues. I believe that one can be honest with oneself’s only if one trusts their approach. A task can be done in many ways but what really matters is the approach to deal with it! Confused? For instance, if you aimed to acquire the top position in the exam. Here, you can achieve it in two ways, either to struggle hard to get a good rank. The other way, you can do is by cheating on an exam.
But, if you believe your strength, you will be always honest with yourself. Be strong and change your destiny.
