    The ability to experience and express emotions is more important than you might realize. As the felt response to a given situation, emotions play a key part in your reactions. When you’re in tune with them, you have access to important knowledge that helps with:

    day-to-day interactions
    self-care

    While emotions can have a helpful role in your daily life, they can take a toll on your emotional health and interpersonal relationships when they start to feel out of control.
    Any emotion — even elation, joy, or others you’d typically view as positive — can intensify to a point where it becomes difficult to control.
    With a little practice, though, you can take back the reigns. Having good emotional regulation skills is linked to well-being. Plus, there is a potential link between these skills and financial success, so putting in some work on that front may literally pay off.

    One should have social skills to survive in the society. They help a person to interact, make new relations and is a part of basic life skills. One can be expected to talk to others and if the respected person does not have social skills, there can be certain assumptions made about one. For some it can be difficult to interact or even be in a social situation but this can be worked out gradually through various methods or psychological techniques.

    I would like to go with money management and emotional control..If you do not have a plan for your income you will end up spending more than you earn or spend on items that you do not need.   9. There could be a lot of habits that may be accumulated in our day to day activities that will lead to a progressive life.However, I feel following two must be added to every bodies list –
    #Habit building – we must be flexible enough to adopt new good habits at any stage of our life.
    Self reflection – how we check ourselves in mirror before leaving for a party, we must check ourselves after a period of time to improve on certain things or to add on some thing good to our cart.

    1. I will prefer listening more and self reflection. We all are aware that listening is very important to plan anything. These days planning is required for everything. Wheather you have to manage work or home. Nothing you can do without planning. Listening is the tool which help us to understand the problem, situation, life and many more. It means if you are not good listner then you will not be able to plan the solution properly and you won’t be able to handle the difficult situation. I personally went through alot in life. I understood frombmy own experiences that we need to listen more to learn more.
      If we are a good listner then we can learn so much.
      Self reflection: After planning and the implementation of the work if wheather we have done any mistakes or we have done great job. This we need to check through self reflection so this the mistakes should not be repeated next time. So every experience in life is like a new learning for us. So take it as a opportunity not as a burden.

    We should Monitor our cash flow and track our spending. We need to ensure we’re bringing in more money than we are spending. Why is emotional regulation so important?
