Dear Folks, Real confidence isn’t just about a bright smile or your posture, therefore, is it all about your inner thoughts ?

  1. Greetings!!
I will go with the point no. 2and 8.
Smiling more can actually boost your confidence. Studies show that people who smile often are perceived to be younger by others. Not only that, but other studies have shown that people who smile actually look thinner than people who look sad.
Those who love their smile have a more positive outlook on their circumstances and on life in general. Their positive attitude makes them more motivated and encouraging to others. People who smile look happier, and friendly.Others are drawn to people who laugh and smile.
According to 2 point if you you what you are it means you accept and trust yourself and have a sense of control in your life. You know your strengths and weakness well, and have a positive view of yourself. You set realistic expectations and goals, communicate assertively, and can handle criticism.

  2. Greetings of the day!!!!!!

Humans are social beings for a reason. Nobody can go through life without ever relying on help from friends, family, and co-workers. Holding on to pride and struggling to resolve each and every life issue on your own will get you nothing but struggle and hardship. Confidence means accepting that you have either made a mistake or are unable to resolve something alone and that you need help from somebody who is better at handling problems of that type. Relying on the experience of others and watching them handle difficult situations you couldn’t resolve are important parts of learning and personal growth.

  4. Greetings
Real confidence is not being afraid of failure. To be successful one has to through the road of failure or downfall. Every mistake brings a lesson with it. Accepting failure requires courage and working hard to get over it. After all we all are humans not gods. Nobody is perfect. Be free, make mistakes but just don’t repeat them instead learn, accept and move on.
    Regards
