According to my opinion, 3rd and 8th quality should be possessed by an ideal leader. A good leader always boosts employee’s self-esteem and inspires them.

I think no 9 and 10 should be observe in an ideal leader as reality-based leader as one who is “able to quickly see and accept the reality of the situation, conserve precious team energy, and use that energy instead to impact reality.”
For a leader listening is a crucial skill. Because when you tune the wrong people (talent) and information out, you’re depriving yourself of priceless tools that will enable you to take your career, and life, to new levels of workplace fulfillment, reward and fun.To reach our full potential, we must master the art of listening .
