  1. According to me , point no. 7 is important. Use your mornings to work on your short-term goals. Whatever your goal is, spending just a little time on it each morning will make a huge difference. Walking through your day mentally can set you up for success by preparing you for the little things you might not have otherwise thought about.

  2. I feel we should always make a plan for everyday and then try to achieve that plan. Using a planner allows you to schedule each event, appointment and task, so that you know what to expect and don’t run out of time. We can set specific dates and deadlines for everything to help us stay on track, and have extra time left for ourself and our family.

  3. Firstly we should drink a big glass of water as soon as you wake up.
    Secondly, work out until you sweat.Last but not least, Mediation will help you root yourself in the present moment and can create a powerful momentum for the rest of your day. It will be easier to keep your mind at rest when the world is still and quiet.

  4. I feel waking up early is most important because one very significant benefit of waking up early is reduced stress level. When you rise early, it eliminates the need to rush in the morning. You can then start your day on an optimistic note and such positivity often stays with you throughout the day. Early risers often go to bed early

  5. Planning is the key to effective time management. Having a clear plan for the day helps us to make the day more productive….. I believe this is the first thing we should do……
    Most of us would have come across the quote ‘ Smile is a curve line which puts everything straight’ I strongly believe it..It helps to generate positive emotions within us and others too….It not only offers a mood boost but also helps our bodies release cortisol and endorphins that provide numerous health benefits including reduced blood pressure….
    So keep Smiling…… And BE HEALTHY…..

  6. In my opinion point no.12 is very important. Learning can be a great stress reliever because it gives our brains something to think about other than our daily worries. On the other hand learning is a social activity and it can help us to connect with other people, which is sometimes difficult to do on a meaningful level in today’s electronic world.

    I start my day a little early to manage the day properly. On positive note, I start it with meditation and make a plan for the day so that I could be stress free all day. I stay optimistic and positive in all odds and evens of daily routine.
    I still need to enhance my traits and skills and I know I will ….and …can do it.

  8. According to me ,point no 20 and 21 are most important . Review the day what I achieve and what is left .Before going to sleep ,clear all thoughts , pending works and plan for tomorrow .Time is money ,it is very important to manage time . Well planned time management always results in fruitful results

  9. According to me ,point no 21 is most important. yes, I am also making a list on daily basis that what i have done and what is pending before going to sleep to clear all thoughts in my mind. By reviewing the pending works, I can easily work on my plans for tomorrow. This gives me lots of satisfaction and it is also saving me from preparing my work on last minute. As I am preparing my work before, so I am having more time to evaluate it. Well planned work and time management will lead to a quality work. A well-planned job not only can greatly reduce the time the work takes, but it also ensures a quality job and makes the work much more satisfying for me. The detailed work planning process is best.

That’s why it’s important to find a time that works for your way of life.So what’s the best time to meditate – morning or evening? Meditation experts concur that the ideal meditation moment varies from one person to another. Nevertheless, certain times of day tend to be top choices. Morning is often considered to be the best time to meditate, since the mind is quiet and fresh. Most of us are also less likely to doze off in the early hours. People who practice every day appreciate morning meditation since it sets a calm and productive tone before the day’s activities and distractions begin. Many people choose to sit before breakfast.We can try a morning gratitude meditation.
    There’s no real consensus about whether choosing evenings as your regular meditation hour is suitable or not.

  13. I would like to go with point no. 5. Morning and evening meditation is having great value. As I practice it daily, so now its my routine. If because of any reason I missed it, I just feel regret for not being punctual.

  18. All the 21 points are very important to lead happy life…There is a great saying that
    “Habits remains the same”
    So keeping this sentence in our mind we all should go with healthy and happy ways.
    Here we will discuss some important ways by which we can make our life happy and easy.
    *Wake up and go to bed early*
    If you want to be fresh every morning and whole day…try to go to bed early. One should have sleep of minimum 6 hours a day. By doing this you will feel the difference.

    *Drink big glass of water as soon as you wake up*
    Water plays an active role in our life. Keeping your body hydrated, have minimum 2 glass of water every morning.You will be feeling fresh by doing this exercise. Water keeps your skin hydrated. You will look charming all the times.

    *Go for a walk everyday*
    I will prefer walk with you only…Along with Exercise it will give you some time to spend with you only. Just talk to yourself . Ask questions to you. Give bravo to you..Set some limitations for you. Set some laws of freedom for you. Because you are the only judge of yourself.

    I hope these points will help you to find better life. We can consider them excellent for enjoyable building and strengthening.

  19. In order to bring positivity in our lifestyle, one must inculcate some good habits in his/ her routine as it acts as a booster to bring optimism in our life.
    The habits which I believe to have in my routine includes-
    Waking up early as it adds hours to our schedule
    Drinking plenty of water to keep us hydrated
    Spending at least 30 minutes in nature : visiting a park for a walk or watering plants in your garden

    Doing meditation as it helps to de-stress our mind.

    Having Good conversation with your loved ones.

    Preparing the plan at night for the work to be done the next morning. It helps in saving time and avoiding rush in the morning.

  22. As per my point of view planning is more important in our daily lives. So Firstly I ll go with Make a list for tomorrow to clear your mind before you sleep. As a mother, this is very important to plan everything in advance. This way we can utilise time.
    Secondly, meditation is a powerful tool to tackle our mental stress. Meditation gives us positivity and strength to fulfill our goals.
