  1. Body language is significant as it gives the first impression to the people we meet. Also the energy we release on the forefront with eye contact is an energy that gives us confidence hence to improvise body language and gestures, we should maintain required eye contact with others along with the smile on face.

  2. Body language is really an important characteristic of our personality. I feel wearing a smile helps to improve our body language. Being open in our emotions and wear a true face means show the emotions which you actually feel is a mirror to your innerself. Assessing a person and adopting a body language that makes us feel connected with others is really helpful.

  4. Some common interpretations of body language and often more effective ways to communicate with your body.
    1. Keep a good attitude:
Keep a positive, open and relaxed attitude. How you feel will come through in your body language and can make a major difference.
    2. Smile and laugh:
Lighten up, don’t take yourself too seriously. Relax a bit, smile and laugh when someone says something funny. People will be a lot more inclined to listen to you if you seem to be a positive person.

  5. In my opinion, Eye contact is very important to improve your body language.Eye contact is probably the top most trait of body language.Eye contact helps establish connection and lets the other person know you are listening. ā€¦But donā€™t stare. Look away from time to time to give the person some space. Then re-establish contact after a split second. Some people may feel uncomfortable under a continuous gaze.

  6. According to my opinion, body language is the unspoken element of communication that we use to reveal our true feelings and emotions. Our gestures, facial expressions and posture, for instance.
When we are able to “read” these signs, we can use it to our advantage. For example, it can help us to understand the complete message of what someone is trying to say to us, and to enhance our awareness of people’s reactions to what we say and do.
On the other making eye contact can be tricky, especially if you are shy, or nervous, but good eye-contact is important for building trust and engaging an audience. Even if you struggle to hold eye-contact now, all it takes is a little practice to confidently hold someone’s gaze.Make gentle eye-contact. Think of how you would look at a painting or great view — you are not focusing intently on their eye but instead looking at them gently. Hold your eyes in this position and resist darting them around. Relax your gaze by breathing slowly as you make eye-contact and nodding occasionally while you listen.
**[1]Break eye contact briefly every 5-15 seconds.
** [2] Too much eye-contact can be as off-putting as none at all.
**[3] While you don’t need to count the seconds, you should look away every once in a while to keep the conversation light and easy, but only for a few seconds. Some casual ways to do so include:
*Laughing, nodding, and acknowledging the other person.
    *Looking at the sky/weather.
*Looking off to the side briefly, as if remembering something.
*Running your hands through your hair.

  8. Our body is like
    a room,
    Our body language
Is like a lesson of zoom.
    Our body can not
    say lie,
    Our body is
    Our best friend till die.
    Eye contact is a mirror
    of our thinking,
    because
every closed eye is not sleeping,
    &
every open eye is not seeing.

  10. I feel smiling is the best option because smiling is contagious.

When you give a warm and friendly smile, often others will smile back. You get a moment of feeling connected and accepted, and you spread happiness.

Smiling can help reduce stress. When you smile, your heart rate slows and other stress indicators go away faster than if you donā€™t smile. Smiling can lengthen your lifespan.

  11. In my point of view Eye Contact is important to improve your body language.Have eye contact, but don’t stare. If there are several people you are talking to, give them all some eye contact to create a better connection and see if they are listening.Keeping too much eye-contact might creep people out . Giving no eye-contact might make you seem insecure. If you are not used to keeping eye-contact it might feel a little hard or scary in the beginning but keep working on it and you will get used to it.

  17. You may not know Portuguese, Russian, or Japanese but there is one language that is universal, and you donā€™t need to be literate to understand it. That language is a smile. You can travel anywhere in the world and believe your smile to conquer the world because everyone knows when you are smiling, you are in a happy mode.

  19. According to me, point no. 1 and 3 has more value.
1.) Smiling- When you smile to someone, it makes them reciprocate by returning the smile.

The more you smile, the more positive reactions you will get from others.

    3.)Having a eye -contact-
Weā€™ve all heard the age-old saying the ā€œeyes are the window to the soulā€ and in many ways it holds true.

Everybody knows looking others in the eyes is beneficial in communication.

Eye contact is a type of body language that is extremely important during communication and conversation. Sometimes, our eyes and body language speak even more than words. Keeping eye contact with the person you are talking to shows that you are actively listening and paying attention.

Smiling, making eye contact, using open gestures, and using good posture can bring up our level of self-confidence.

Thus it is very important for a person to improve their body language.

  22. I think this is the mail thing –
When the going gets tough, start smiling.

Frowning, grimacing, glowering, and other negative facial expressions send a signal to your brain that whatever you’re doing is difficult. That causes your brain to send cortisol into your bloodstream, which raises your stress levels. Soon stress begets more stress–and pretty soon you’re a hot mess.

Instead, force yourself to smile. It works.

Plus when you smile, that helps other people feel less stress, too. Most of us mirror the actions of others, so if you smile, other people will smile. If you nod, others will nod.

And if you frown, soon others will be frowning, too.
