  1. According to me ‘Go to bed on time’ is best way to make your morning good. If you go to bed late but still get at least 5–6 hours, then you will feel a bit sleepy during the day. Therefore set a bedtime of at least 8 hours before you want to wake up. By following this schedule you feel more energetic and active and ready to focus on goals and task without any problem.

  2. Do Yoga is really make our morning special and energetic. Yoga or morning walk that makes my morning special. With the help of Yoga I feel stress free. I gave 100 percent to my each work whether it is making meal, teaching, learning new things….so on. I feel fresh and always passionate to my work. In our school, the activity of Yoga is going on and students learn yoga very nicely. I feel very happy that they got that opportunity which I did not got in my childhood…. So Yoga is really make my morning special and energetic. Always do yoga….. For being healthy, energetic and passionate towards your work.

According to me drink a glass of water with lemon is best way to make your morning good.that means that drinking warm water and lemon in the morning can raise the pH of your body.the health benefits of lemons go beyond vitamins and minerals.so drink a glass of lemon water first thing in the morning and after meals to make sure your breath is as fresh and sweet as can be.

  4. Acc. to me early morning exercise which can be either in the form of stretching, yoga or morning walk can help our day really good. Early morning exercise increases our ability to focus on the day ahead. Exercise helps in memory and thinking power.   22. As per our work and responsibilities, sometimes it’s not possible to go to bed on time… But if we could..it is of great help to cop up with next day activities. Preparing clothes an evening before saves both our energy & time for the next day. First thing we can do is to turn on our favorite music which relaxes & calm both our body & mind. Then we should stretch or do yoga alternatively for 15 to 20 minutes which is a natural booster then drink water with lemon which will boost our immune system. Avoiding social networks in the morning is best as they give only stress n lower down our energy.

According to me right before u leave bed u should do stretching bcoz while u strectching u alert your muscles for yoga after that drink water with lemon ..drinking lemon water on empty stomach can boost your metabolism Drinking lemon warm water every morning helps in maintaining the pH balance of the body. Along with vitamin C, lemons are also a rich source of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium etc.after this do yoga to make your day energetic, marvellous etc.

  27. I love listening to music. For me, the first thing to do is this. It really makes me feel relax and fills me with extra energy to get on with my work. And, a nice breakfast is the second thing to do especially when its off. I think everyday we are in a rush to resume with our duties, so we do not enjoy our mornings as we should do, but at least the day we are at home, we should definitely go for all that we love to do.

To make my morning good there is a great amalgam of good things – like I prefer to do a bit of yoga and thereafter take a glass of luke warm water mixed with lemon juice and honey. I meticulously prepare my clothes in the evening and try to avoid checking social networks. I aspire to go to bed on time but could not accomplish certain tasks on time, so, I have to retire a bit late. Morning hours are quite rushing hours, So, I am consistently on toes to do all the things well and reach my work place well on time.”
